Smart - please don’t take us for fools.

On 4 April, you SAID you sold at 190p, when the SP was already down to 160p.

You would be more convincing had you reported your ‘strategic’ sale here on the only day when the SP was actually 190p - and that was on 2 April.

You couldn’t make up this stuff, or did you?

The adjustment correction in SP from c 250p to 150p looks massively over-cooked driven by the short term fear merchants to scare out other investors and buy cheap shares - logically and mathematically given the present value of a lost 'low GM profit' customer - was that one customer really worth say c.£15m GBP loss in intrinsic value of ITX ??? No way that's just complete nonsense. Every other customer is intact and the pipeline is growing revenues; I conclude that the SP has completely over-reacted to this news event so continue to believe its a fantastic cheap buy at this lowly price and given the last professional investor round. ITX Just bring on the new web site and near term news on the diversification wins...as mentioned by CEO during the FY 23 results conversations. Oh and if John and his team renegotiate a better deal with said customer Im assuming an immediate correction back to c.250p with the above observed drop!

JD - time will tell. I’ve been on the money so far haven’t I, and know the business, trading pattern and market reaction to this share very well. But good luck to you mate.

Smartinvestment - a ‘bloodbath’ after the H1 results. Really? JS has already alerted investors to lower revenue due to jettisoning a very greedy customer and this is reflected in the SP dropping from 270p to current levels.

Please don’t go on about how clever you were selling at 190p - good on you, but none of us LTHs really care.

If you’re not invested here, why bother to continue with crass comments? DYOR

Cleaning – 25% GPM

Beauty – 60% GPM

Hygiene – 75% GPM

Customer we walked away from

$3 mil @ 20% = $600K (said 20% as we were being 5crewed, could be even less than that)

Targeting higher profit areas makes sense?

Beauty

$1 mil @ 60% = $600K profit

Or

Hygiene

$1 mil @ 75% = $750K Profit

One third of the input for the same returns.

So is it not best to be targeting these more profitable areas, less raw materials, manpower, production costs for a far better return.

We had been busy standing still with the previous customer at those rates?

Two new ingredients launched, leather, paint and superabsorbents, a management team with lots os skin in the game, money in the bank, what's not to like
