Irrelevant, we bought and spend hundreds of millions to get the 85% ownership...........
We had them backed in a corner with little options ready to take them over
They are now the biggest shareholders by far in my company without my say so
This is bull - sh-it

No I'm not getting over it - as this could happen again in a co I'm invested in.
Dont get me wrong I look forward to getting this cr-ap off my hands and done with it as it's been a far too painful exhausting experience - i just believe this co should have been being sold for several billions but dont feel like it will be & we're being done over from every angle culminating in now loss of control to these wa-nk-ers

If you assume market values SOLG purely on ENSA then let's say 15% ENSA equals 15% SOLG. Then throw in the 5.2% they owned in SOLG and that's 20%+. Yes we did have 5% holding in CGP but that was worth much less than the CGP stake so not comparable. Then you Porvenir v Bramados and SOLG wins hands down there with 100% interest. But bottom line is ... they've hardly gained a 23% interest out of thin air. I'd say on the whole they've gained around 4% to 5% tops.
It's minor considering the power and business acumen that comes with Bob, Maxit et al.
BnC... I understand your sentiment, but lets face it... Mather and team have had long enough to deliver the goods and have failed to do so. CGP boys have waited years too like other shareholders. That said.. Maxit did offload a wedge to BHP at 25p which is perhaps the biggest bugbear I have even if they did retain the CGP 20% stake.
From 19:00
Warren Irwin seem pretty convinced that a sale of Solg is likely this season:

From Rosseau's website; towards the end of the interview where he mentioned his involvement in copper play.
Thank god they are in the driving seat. We've had several years of mismanagement and at last it looks as if we're in the hands of people who will deliver a shareholder return.
You're Right Quady, back in 2012

Lines on a chart don't mean it will happen. That's a 50% rise from here, does sometimes happen in a shortish time frame though, look at RR. in recent times. There appears to be some positive momentum in recent days on increased volumes. With my average at 21 I'll certainly keep my fingers crossed for a continuation of the recent action !
Think you need to get over it and move on BNC. All that really matters now is what return we as shareholders get for our investment in Solg and if the CGP lot deliver it then happy days for all! Its all about the final outcome not how we got there IMO. Good luck to all the good folk who have been invested in Solg over the years- we certainly deserve our pay day whenever that may be!
Good morning BNC, please correct me if I am wrong, but didn't CGP own Cascabel and we got 85% from them.
Hmm lets see. Perhaps the following characteristics of the previous management contributed to this scenario:
1. never hit a deadline
2. ****ed off major shareholders without a clear plan of action
3. did not deliver value to shareholders
4. literally stole shareholder capital
Can someone please explain to me how we've gone from a company that spent an effin sh-i-t load of money (mine and your money) to earn in, by and develop an extremely valuable portfolio of mining assets, carrying a minnow with a minor 15% interest in the Ensa (Cascabel concession) holding the co's flagship Alpala resource, whom were running out of money and were about to be gobbled up by SLOG for fk all - to now in the psace of 2yrs, those sh-i-ts now owning 23.7% of my company???
How the fr-ig has this happened???
Fuming doesn't touch it!!!!!

Agree Bubble.
There has been a lot of talking this company down of late. But the massive, rare tier 1 is still there. We may have 3billion shares in issue now but we own 100% of ENSA plus we have the shares previously owned by cornerstone and the Cornerstone assets including Bramaderos.
Would someone pay £2billiion + for the lot? - I think they (Chinese) will.
Yes 27p - 30p is very cheap.
Good luck my friend and all.
Is there a link anywhere?
Pad, morning based on all the assets solgold will hold by end of month vix price may just be a little low but let's see
Sangha is an aussie term for a sandwich. Make of that, what you will.
Those of you who have seen my message here from a week ago, and my predictions of this rise, know the accuracy in which I predicted this. (You can always check my past posts)
I believe ; Yet more to come and it is still very cheap at the current level.
The play here is gigantic as many of you know and risks are becoming lower and lower this is already drawing many interests to this world class deposits and soon you will learn why and who and what is holding for future and how is that changing so rapidly.
I am going no where for now
MM might (and will surely do) play this from this point on but don't be fool, and don't panic this is a great entry value at these level
This is a HOLD for me, I want to see at least 60p (but will go higher) before I even consider selling this. The upside is huge here and different to any other times/cycles. (For good reasons too)
Please DYOR
