That's a few more I just took ending 917 for the dreamers like mathers
MR
100% ownership not 100%!
But you get the point.
Yes but that valuation was based on 85% ENSA and a fragmented/tricky shareholder base.
We now have 100% ENSA and shareholder base looking much better along with fully funded cash balance for next 10months.
So don't forget to add that I . I'd say the 15% ENSA and 110% asset ownership prob worth another 9p. So back to 42p then and as you were.
We keep bashing off 18.80...can we crack 19p today...?
And another...
:)
In fact, SOLG had a pretty solid correlation with the gold price until 28 July 2022 when an RNS said this...remember...?
"In addition to the cash position of approximately US$26m as at 30 June 2022, SolGold continues to consider, and has had discussions with its major shareholders regarding possible financing structures and options to obtain funding to further progress the Cascabel development, including a potential equity raise. SolGold also continues to assess potential alternative funding structures which may involve strategic investors. The funds raised would be allocated to financing the completion of the Cascabel DFS, regional exploration and general corporate purposes through to the second half of 2023 to maintain momentum on development plans."
Since when it has diverged dramatically, a woeful 40% underperformance, having been 55% until last week...
The Cuzzubbo effect!
Volume ending 917 is my buy.
Feeling greedy
I was so shocked by it I lost the capacity to type!
Once again, say it with me: markets don't attach value to assets. They attach value to companies. And ours will get it's time in the sun, once it sorts out the issues it has now. The market has more confidence post-merger. There will need to be some concrete plans in the SR to take us back to the heady days of 20s...
Bozi, good heavens! You're not getting excited, are you?
Even by red's standards, surely everyone can see last post this now a tired joke that has run it's course. He has got a bit excited, but come on. Really. The joke is over.
The gold alone is worth $14 BILLION...and thats at $1844...
At last year's high it adds another $2 Billion...thats 56p/share...
And that incredibly well researched Dominic Frisbie article in Moneyweek was talking about gold in th "tens of thousands"...
Pierre Lassonde said that compared to the Dow it should be $33,000 an ounce by now...
And to my mind, apart from the name solGOLD this explains the correlation with the gold price...
Bring it on Barrick...
Even $10,000 an ounce would add $62 billion...thats £17.20/share...
This is a prize worth fighting for by any major with simple common sense...
Thanks both, I thought it was around a billion. ~33p in today's money then? Somewhat sobering.
I was thinking of saying something funny.
But I did not want to upset the people who are not happy when the price is going up.
They come on and insult anyone being happy.
Wouldn't want to be out of this one over the weekend...
Hi SM...I'm guessing its April 11 2022...40.3p x 2.294 billion shares = £924.4m...
SM , circa £1bn.
473 out of the first 618 trades...77%...
redknight, do you happen to know the highest valuation this company has ever achieved?
What presentation?
Where can I view at 1630 GMT
Apologies if already answered
Former CGP + Maxit + Mather & friends now hold 37.5%...and therefore all the cards...
So if they favour any particular bidder, that will have a massive influence...
Equally it would be a sound basis for rejection of a bid that was too low...
BHP/NCM 20.7%
Jiangxi + Valuestone 6%...?
The next big piece of news could be a TR1 to show who's been buying...an indicator if intentions and a spark for real SP action...?
Absolutely fantastic
:))))
cheers DWB
Argh i see thanks Pad
27p by end of the month
