I agree …. It’s not just about the money either. It’s about a bunch of guys moving in and trashing the share price, filling their boots with cheap options, giving away a chunk of the company to the Chinese dirt cheap. Then taking the share price up to a pre agreed level. …. Shareholders being fooled into thinking this is anywhere near a reasonable price and railroaded into voting it through. Absolutely disgraceful from our own board, they should hang their heads in shame.

NMM Therein lies the problem….. everything points to this being waved through but as a value proposition it stinks and added to that it’s too easy to sell any amount above or within fractions of the offer price.
