On the plus side we also no Quady’s diverse book makes it impossible for a low ball bid to succeed…..

I’m fairly sure someone else (and at these levels it only needs to be a medium cap ) will come in over the top. Either way it’s going to be nice to draw a line under this relatively soon.

A couple of weeks ago many of us would have seen an offer of say 40p from FQM or. Lundin as derisory. Given the more immediate alternative of 28p would I be right in saying the former now looks much more palatable….. either would still be disappointing but at least we now have a line drawn under it at 28p

I was just trying to fathom why they would accept such a low bid when they must be aware of the real value. Like PS I simply concluded that there must be something in it for them. They historically hate the Chinese so this didn’t add up. The only possible thing left for them could be the exploration folio. But I think accepting a lowball offer to later get a kick back would probably see them end up in a whole lot of legal entanglement.
