I hope he managed to controlled his figures, as I did, to hold and wait for the rewards while scoping Divis, and hopefully a large profit now. It is all waiting game and knowing the fundamentals.

A very strong future here; I might see a natural pullback, but I am close enough to my own target and next move.

You make me laugh of you naive approach

Having something UNDER GROUND by having operational mine is a whole different game. You can have millions of Oz of gold and precious metal under the ground but how much time, money, finance, JV, diluting , you need to invest including away assets till you get that gold out.

The usual supper hyped RNS by two known figures Harry and Joun, leeching out the blood out of shareholders pocket and pay themselves massive amount of money for this way prolonged project with nonses financial package and massive risks ahead.

Harry will keep giving these updates for the next 10 years and then retired with no delivery.

I have a serious concern over John and Harry prolonged relation and being in charge of the board for public limited company! This doesn’t seem healthy to me at all, and needs a serious questioning.

I can garantee this goes back to under 1p in the coming weeks, there are so much risks here and the region itself is totally unstable there is also a security risks too.

Just an observation to share for those adventurous minds thinking to throw more money here.

100% agreed. As someone who now invested here here for long-term gain and plans to stay, I see TW as an excellent entry point right now. It really doesn't matter 100 or 90p if you want to sell out at 180 above and willing to wait.

I called the move to 100p, which we’ve now seen. If it dips further, I’ll be happily adding more this is a rare opportunity which i am glad I took my chance.

Let’s be clear: this won’t be another RR-style turnaround story, (i predicted that too, you have to go far back to see my posts there) but I do see solid potential for a double-bagger within 12–18 months here. That alone makes it a very attractive investment in my view, and nice to see more people are now echoing the same sentiment here.

As for the panic sellers, especially those who’ve dumped now hoping to re-enter at 80p and starting to deramp

It’s clear they don’t understand the fundamentals here and future potentials, That kind of strategy just burns capital and lost opportunity. If this is not for you why you want to reenter again mate? If you are a day trader you will burn here because the rollorcoster game just started.

Stay focused. This one's worth the patience and you be rewarded massively

If you need your money in 6 months or so, move on this is not for you.

I respect all views and all stretegyies people have different approaches but don't burn your money for the hope of quick buck here.

It is a pure value creation at this current level or below

I accounted for scenarios down to 90p and still will be adding here.

Still back and do nothing with divi and you still a winner

Yes, agreed, but these news are not visible to people like me and you but analyst will dig them out through their contact well in advance or have this senario modelled already

TW still has a powerful landbank, strong financials, and most importantly resilience to benefit from policy tailwinds (think lower rates, stronger housing targets).

So no, I don’t think it is all bad news at current price; I think all of these news are largely priced in. Market panic with these sort of news is completely normal.

thanks for sharing your inputs but I will keep adding at any more drops here but remember I am looking at long term and not short term. I don't need my money for the next 12 months but I see potential of at least hitting 1.60- to 2 pounds within 12 to 18 months which is a fantastic return on top of divi.

Absolutely agree , but do you really think analysts hadn’t already factored this in? Most of the liabilities and today’s results were largely priced in. What we’re seeing now is panic selling and short-term noise.

While some are running for the exits, I’m taking the opportunity to buy, so thanks to those handing over their shares at a discount.

Yes, the current headlines don’t look great, but I see this as temporary. With government support for housebuilding and the prospect of lower interest rates, the setup ahead looks like the perfect recipe for Taylor Wimpey to come out stronger. I’m staying focused on the bigger picture which you seems to be unable to see (with all your respect of course).

From here or slightly below is just a waiting game. Don't keep your hope for fast short term return but this comes good for sure.

I agree with PikerChip on this point. Even some of the most committed climate advocates are beginning to acknowledge that the current net-zero targets are unrealistic and unachievable within the proposed timelines.

Many companies are already shifting away from these goals, and with Trump in power, further delays are almost inevitable.

It’s becoming increasingly clear that these targets were overly ambitious more aspirational than practical, based on some clueless group who had no understanding of economy or care how this could risk severely disrupting the global economy if pursued without a more grounded realistic approach.

Fundamentally I agree with net-zero but realistically I believe it takes 35 years to achieve if you really don't want to have ressesion after ressesion after ressesion.

As with TW. I truly believe it comes good long term no matter what happens to divi the rewards is high here if you willing to wait.

It is a good buy for long term and if divi stays the same which i very much doubt.

I think divi will be half for 2026/2027

The liability can be massive and people still filing court proceeding against them. Thought times for TW. but good value under 100

But can I ask you, have you heard of something call inflation? Your 10 years projection should be counted with inflation effects over the same period of times. Still divi here is one of the best around, I agree

Even at the current share price the divi is very attractive but can they really afford paying this for the next 2 years?

Two years is my cut-off when I look at any long term investment. I am not here to make a quick buck and out but more of long term views.
