Surfie, we are all waiting on news and the data. If the data is good, we should get a correction in the sp. In the meantime we can’t do anything.
Stop it Surfie - I've caught you exaggerating millions of times!
Carter, the only problem is this isn't "languishing around where it is" it's going down daily.
Interesting if you look at the risk regarding phase levels to risk.

That really is as l see it Cater19, irrespective of wether a poster is positive to this share or not.
Tim and Co have very little to go on at the moment to negotiate with . Data is of paramount importance.
The data is reliant on the compounds which are scientifically derived.
It is our first ever compound wholly owned by Sareum to enter clinical trial.
It is what it is until the wait for data has finished.
Regards to all.
Sadoldgit, you have said it how it is, good data is required, until then the so will languish around where it is. I will leave the usual crew and their head tennis to themselves.
RF finance has decimated the Sareum SP.
However, does this represent a true value as to what we have?
Market Cap of around 33 million.
Yes there is uncertainty and to this extent until safety data is released this uncertainty will remain.
Nothing of any benefit whether on going discussions informal offers or whatever can happen until this data has been evaluated and presented to an interested party.
737 developments wait to be seen and until any positive developments are released it will have little to no positive effect on SP.
It boils down to just how safe and in what indications SDC1801 most likely to prove fruitful.
Safety data on SDC 1801 will also have knock on effect to 1802.
I believe there will be very beneficial options once data is realised. Whether this arises as joint venture, on licence or even complete buyout of Sareum as surely at current Market Cap does not represent a true value of what we have.
1801 completing clinical safety trial, biomarker data albeit in low numbers but will give early Indications, knock on effect to 1802 which although progressing, l believe very slowly due to current funding.
I have added over past few months around 38k shares.
I will add further, certainly not for the faint hearted.
Regards and keep your chins up.
Thanks for the link HBD, just read the first three posts. Seems they are blaming the poor performance of their investments. One guy points out its their own aggressive selling that's destroying the SP of RGO. Perhaps they need a rethink of their strategy. Idiots.
Warty, it is for the reasons that you have stated I am not adding any more, the lower it goes the more risk attached. Its all very disappointing for LTH's who have been supportive of SAR for over a decade. The board are responsible for all commercial decisions and they have made some absolute howlers. Still holding until the end though.

To change the sp direction we either need new funding where the investor intends hanging around until our compounds make us money or news on the 737 deal. If the licensee has a NDA with the Pioneer Fund then even our BoD might not know who it is. However if they do know but can't tell us directly, they could always draw our attention to an exciting new trial using a CHK1 inhibitor called 'X' which appears to work in a similar way to 737, nudge nudge, wink wink.
Regarding RF, they don't appear to be doing so well - https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/RGO/trading-update-t4yqiwq8p2ymtkv.html
As for Potnak's suggestion that it's never a good strategy to average down, Warren Buffett takes a different stance - if you would buy shares at $1 and the price drops but the business fundamentals haven't changed then why wouldn't you also buy at 50cents?
And to follow Mayhem's 'giving birth' analogy, those who have witnessed the miracle of birth often describe it as like watching your favourite pub burn down. Glad I gave up drinking years ago.
Warthog. I've been vocal that I hold the board responsible for the situation we're in. I'm not going to list the reasons why and I'm not interested in hearing weak defenses, such as having faith, believing, or trusting the science. But to answer your question, I'd wager that unless people need the cash, they will let it run, even if it does 5 bag from here. I suspect you will too. I am, however, buying in small amounts and will keep buying down to 37p. I have added approx 7000 shares since RF came onboard and I will sell these on any spike, leaving my main pot invested. Averaging down is never a good strategy but for those deep underwater, it could get your money back back quicker. Of course, you could be throwing good money after bad too.
"At the moment, a monumental news or business event that puts 5x on the price … still doesn’t get the share price to where it should be."
Probably not but hands up all those who would not sell at today's SPx5 on the basis of a bird in the hand rather than the bird in the bush of "where it should be"
I keep typing out long messages & then deleting them because I don't want to cause offence. I'll just say, this 10-bagged between September 2020 & August 2021 and leave it at that. I have a buy order in for another 5,000 @ 45p which, once again, I don't expect to fill (like the last 5, which all filled...), if it drops further I'll be buying in 10,000's @ 5p intervals.
Can't belief the way the boards gone about financing this crap comes to mind
At this stage I'm more concerned with how much lower this will be walked down, rather than how far it will bounce back before news. I too am for once very nervous. With further significant drawdowns to come in the very near future, you can imagine we haven't hit a bottom yet. Will we see 25p the old floor ot 0.5p?
I remain invested. Probably have to remain invested now but even I, a SAR champion for years am starting to become a little twitchy.
Primarily because my end game has always been a news event that multiplies the share price. At the moment, a monumental news or business event that puts 5x on the price … still doesn’t get the share price to where it should be.
No one is buying out at a 10x premium. Regardless of intrinsic value.
Recovery before news greatly needed.
A Caesarean would simplify matters!
We are in the waiting room with the expectant mother now with contractions, could be false labour or could be the real thing, although it could be a long labour and not straight forward, it could be a breach birth or is it going to come naturally in its own good time. It will come at some point, so sit tight.
Saragota I feel exactly the same, held too long, too scared to sell in case all does eventually come good. Wish I'd never seen the 'deal imminent' statement all those years ago
Thanks Lazarus, Like your name there is no such thing with this company about being dead "I wept also" but I am so looking forward to the day of harvest.
Agreed Saragota - The disconnect between Sareum progress and the current sp is stark to say the least. Bigeasy gave us the heads up last week and the sp manipulation is all to easy to spot.
For me, it wasn't that long ago that a few contributors on here were assuring us that 737 was dead in the water etc: Well it isn't and now has embarked on a new trajectory. The Ph1a trial is complete/due to complete shortly with all of the knowledge that this will bring for 1801 respiratory and 1802 cancers in addition to Ph1b psoriasis prep. It has never been stronger and yet... the sp is still being manipulated downwards and not just by RF.
I know that it is often a case of "This time next year Rodders" but for once, we have a credible route map and progress reports. Yet the market values Sareum at a much lower market cap than when everything was still in its infancy. It all stinks to high heaven. PH still at £3.04 target price. Laughable really.
I have been a LTH for many years, I have been waiting for years to see this me an answer to many peoples dreams of getting a cure or even helping them financially, unfortunately I've allowed sentiment to get the better of me and held on too long, however I do believe that we have an answer and I hope Sar comes good as I don't want my grave to have inscribed "I told you Sar would find a cure!". Believe! it WILL happen!!!
Of sh_te how this has been handled since ph got involved said @ time consolidation wouldn't do sp any good Lees tna penny, rant over of to to spot of gardening

Who are the people who buy/sell shares worth 13 pounds and bring the SP down
