40% up now...
Hopefully, finally, up we go...

Finally, they are starting to tell the word what they have. I hope for lots more publicity soon. Good to see that it links to a rising SP... Bought some more this morning - an absolute bargain at these prices!!

We are pleased to have been featured in Business Weekly newspaper following our recent positive clinical update on our randomised and placebo-controlled Phase 1a clinical trial for our lead candidate #SDC-1801. These preliminary results indicate that SDC-1801 has the potential to achieve therapeutically effective dose levels with no serious adverse events.

Not forgetting of course that RF can exercise warrants at £1.43p - meaning more money into the coffers if exercised.
RF selling down might not be their best option, now we have progressed in Phase1a as I've I mentioned previously gives an opportunity for alternative funding - the terms of the RF facility says it is terminated on repayment of such - do that and RF has "bridged" us to get where we are today and they are left with whatever shares they haven't sold.
As I said we do have "meat on the bones" now which hopefully will allow for a more beneficial funding arrangement akin to the Sareum business model.

I was surprised to read on the Advfn board
That Stephen Parker is part of OPUS Corporate Finance, which is correct. Considering what Opus do, (capital raising) RF seems a bizarre choice.
https://opuscf.com/people/dr-stephen-b-parker/
Their plan might be to get as many 'bonus' shares as possible and just sit on them until we get a license deal then benefit massively.
They have a motive behind this !!
They are finishing off their original 2M Shares quota so as to get a fairly hefty (> 1M IMHO) top-up at a ridiculously low price; Unfortunately I think Parker was very naive with this funding and probably did not assume RF would sell down and trash our SP so as to get their free top-ups at such low ball prices
And unfortunately it now means that any attempt to push the SP upwards is instantly taken advantage of by them
ARGHHHH
There are plenty that do carter. Anyway, things looking up a bit this morning are they not?
I understand my error Krusty by not selling some at the time, but I don’t come on here moaning time after time.
Up 30% now, is that the sound of hooves in the distance? Is the herd arriving...??
Why didn't you sell some in 2021 Alan, after it 10-bagged? Did you want more than 10x your investment? All long-term holders have had plenty of chances to cash out, or at least get their original investment back. It's all about choices, and you chose to roll the dice. Now you want the company to pay you back...
30p is nothing to what some of us are in for. It is about time they paid us LTH back for the years of nothing but reducing SP balance. 2024 is going in the same way as every year and that is down. I hope you new people make something here but after years and years of waiting, it is always news next month but nowt ever comes to change the falling SP. When i started buying over a decade a go, I thought this would be my pension top up. After buying and buying on the way down, i realised it was time to stop. The belief in this company sadly has gone. I still hope it comes good though. Especially with the cure they have been promising for years.
According to my HL screen this morning the SP was up 9.7p or 32.33% despite showing a price of 30p same as last night's close. Beats me where they get their data from!
They can not trade within 30 days of annual or interim results or if in possession of price sensitive information. So yes, if the nda isn't likely to be price sensitive.............
Immediately on opening. You were right Damion.
Looks like we will see a lot of blue today as 30p was deemed the closing price last night.
A quick question. Are the directors allowed to buy if there is a NDA in place? It might explain the radio silence on their part. And for those despairing, a personal anecdote. I was, in March 2020, 70% down on my holding here. I then went to 1000% up (by July 2021), and am now 30% down! Things can change here, and quite rapidly. But having an exit strategy is always a good idea. Trust me!
Not good £67000 between us that's a lot !!
Pass the beer 🍻🍻🍻
All we can do is hope tomorrows a better day and keep smiling 😁
''£40,000 down unfortunately''
''Hold my beer'' Shareworm2020, I'm down over £67,000 at COP today! 😒
How deep are the directors pockets
Best Guess MMs marking the bottom... nothing surprises me here /
Still believe the directors have a big opportunity to buy large now and put the sentiment back, you see it all the time on the Nasdaq before big news takeovers etc
The UT is a joke, £300!
There is something deeply wrong with the sp action here.
I posted a few days ago that I think someone is trying to force an end game where a supposed white knight appears.
Over 80% buys and the sp doesn't move
74k sold 228k shown as buys.
Around 0.7p per share old money with 1801 in clinical trial si far so good and 737 developing. So for what we have it is peanuts and l would reckon if it were not for the disastrous RF funding which has had a devastating impact, we would be sitting at around 150p per share or above.
An update on 737 would not go amiss.
Makes me think that RF shorting the share.
I did post last week that l believe you will see chunky buys continue this week.
With continued buying the only option for the SP will be to increase.
With good data for 1801 expected by first half of this year it ought to propel us for a worth of around 200 million market cap.
Early stage results promising, 40% reduction in risk at this stage at least So we know longer sit at the 1 in ten success rate. Pessimistic 1 in 6 chance of success. Success is more likely achieved based on compound and attention to detail at all stages as opposed to a statistical broad and aged non updated modification that indicates greater success in later generation inhibitors that have been taken into consideration in their formulation learning from the safety concerns in early generation kinase inhibitors.
Should we take 1 to 2 billion as an approx value at late stage success and a risk rate of 20% success then before end of 1b a value that equates to 200 to 400 million. The lower value not being far away from the predicted approx 3 pounds per share.
With good results in biomarker data and very promising results at end of stage lb around 400 million market cap circa 6 pound a share.
This pertains to 1801 alone.
I am not ramping in any sense or being overly optimistic.
It is a very difficult financial climate out there and if we can secure decent funding then the above values l believe will be achieved if not exceeded.
Satisfactory data results are imperative, better than mere satisfactory are added bonus and added value.
Keep the faith
