Can someone please explain how does RF benefits by selling at low ?
21k down on here now & I'm a lth
According to LTH it’s not a first time this share has tanked to such lows. What is a possible scenario here ?
Agree with the question what are the board doing but after the AGM I do feel Parker is out of his depth in terms of financial negotiating abilities ... There are only 2 ways out of this disasterous financial mess and SP collapse - Either major news or a refinancing deal to replace RF ... but is Parker able to pull this off ? Not sure, but the SP collapse is a joke and irrelevant of the 'Science is excellent' stance, lower SP's do affect companies abilities at negotiating tables - Deals normally come in the 200-400% of current SP range; 1000% now only puts us back at £4 .... what a load of BOLUX !!!!
I am a VLTHER with a large holding but cannot say I am confident with either SParker orTM in their current positions
I thought 40p by end of the week, but that us looking very optimistic now. The situation is very concerning, does someone know something we don't? Makes you wonder if bad news will hit, or perhaps further financing is in the pipeline? There's normally always a reason that becomes evident at some point...
Rush? Most certainly not but with the SP plunging rapidly, now back to where we were nearly 7 years ago, a degree of urgency is beginning to look attractive because the lower we go the more dramatic any news will have to be to get us back to anywhere near reality.
When will this agony end. Shame the SP sliding on daily basis. What is the board doing. Beyond imagination what we are seeing with the SP. When they had nothing, share jumped to 9p old money and when we are so close it is less than 1p.
You’d of liked them to rush things, most of us would know what would have happened then, except yourself and several others.
Yep always that could have should have but they believe SDC-1801 has the best shot at a licence deal so sits ok with me.
Damion the BOD should of been forward thinking to get 1802 in tox studies but with no funding imho it has been shelved until we get the money required
Scandalous if you ask me a first in class especially with cancer in mind imagine the interested parties we could have attracted then you only need to see their faces when I asked the Q at the AGM. And the reply given
GLA
Seems surreal to think we may well have both SDC-1801 & SRA737 in trials this year and all 3 in trials next year.
Inestimable value.....
There is no reason as to why 1801 can not go fron phase 1b to phase 3 study.
Phase l is toxicity/safety profile. Phase lb is small patient group phase very little different to phase 2 trial. Phase 2 looks at small numbers looking at efficacy in an indication, Phase 3 is larger patient numbers typically in the hundreds following satisfactory progress of phase 2 with no unsatisfactory results.
All importance safety data. If safety data is spot on with little to no toxicity at 300 mg per day and treatment profile delivers good efficacy at 100 mg per day in psoriasis then there would be no need for phase 2 in Psoriasis.
Just a scenario l am not saying this will happen just that l see it as a very real probability.
Regards
Rough calcs I had the trial ending around the 4th March but that's allowing for a full 6 week crossover on the MAD cohorts when it could be less, the SAD cohorts were roughly a 4 week crossover.
Either way the clocks ticking and what a different value proposition Sareum may be in the coming weeks & months.
GLA and enjoy the ride...
My shares will soon be worth nothing if this carries on not 1 buy and all sells today just as well i jumped over too he1 a couple of weeks ago .................
Not far from the 30s and if we’re not expecting news till as some say April will we be consolidating again to make us attractive to investors and to stop manipulation of the SP as we did last time ??

Morning Warty,
Been out of contact. Yes Britain is broken but I wasn't making a political point. I was pointing out what is going on generally which, in my opinion, explains why Brokers need low valuations and sp's. The lower sp means investors are all but locked in with their cash unless they are prepared to sell at a loss. It also means that the lower valuations alleviate the pressure on brokers to retain higher levels of liquid assets to cover their liabilities.
I do not think Sareum will need to change jurisdiction personally, but it does explain the headwinds that shares in general are battling against. So a low sp would suit RF and would suit broker clients and would suit brokers themselves. We "little people" have no chance until the chain is broken somehow.
Check out GGP history in order to appreciate the damage being done generally. There are many other examples.
That’s your hunch
Because phase 3 trial are f'ing expensive and who would take the risk without phase 2 data.

Not claiming to be a WiP character as we all know how that ended. But I do speak to an individual, and I call them an individual as a VP is one pharma is different to a VP in another. If you know, you know.
The message is that there is huge motivation and pressure to shortening the time to market, how to shorten that timeframe and take compounds from phase 1 to phase 3.
I think we all need to realise the money involved here as we move forward, Tim and John probably (hopefully) realise that. Hence the "noted" phrases they tend to use in recent tyk2 deals and approvals.
If we have good results from phase 1b, somebody tell me why we wouldn't go to a phase 3. As I have it on good information that this is what big pharma are moving towards. Patent expiration should never be overlooked, the ultimate driver for all of this is profit for the company buying the molecule. Competition can and do take a molecular structure from the patent information, add a sugar molecular and then go to market. Speed is everything and to Sareums due, they have been on time with everything since trials started.
Everyone is here to make money but the real money is not the brokers or the traders in London, it's the executives and board of the pharmas, are we on their radar.. with a trial for Psoriasis in competition with a supermajor BMS and now Takeda, don't underestimate the importance of this Phase 1b. Which we will have results for by the end of this year.
Yes, we have been hammered by multiple factors, but the potential is still there and has only got stronger.
Do you believe in the potential or not, we are close, hold the course, buy Sareum or keep buying lottery tickets. I only gamble when I know I'll win and I'm all in.
So so boring.
Stif you may be right but what you also need to remember is with just over 70m shares upon good news the mms are going to have to raise this a hell of a lot for many shareholders to relinquish their shares just look at the hnwi and at what price they would have to get just to break even along with many others
GLA
In the absence of news the only momentum will be spiralling down. Any views on the share price end of next week? I'm going for 40p mid price........

An interesting in depth read
GLA
Well, we can’t be to far away now on the important data from Australia, here’s hoping on some solid data. Some of the guys on here think it could be April, well that suits me.
I know it’s a Sunday morning but while I was reading an article in the Daily Telegraph about a New cancer vaccine I found myself dreaming that the name of SAREUM was somewhere on the page, alas no. One holds on to the dream.
