Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I have no doubt that the dark arts were in force by RF and PH driving the SP down, it made no sense, unless they were trying to acquire SAR. It is however fortunate that they didn’t succeed, the majority of shares are in sticky mits now and I hope it stays that way.

I would like the BOD to clarify exactly where we are with RF, how many shares they have left, how many warrants are outstanding and at what price. Surely we are due an update on this mess. Hopefully this will end the protracted mismanagement on the financial side of things.
Ladies/Gents, I need some help!
It appears that Lloyds/Halifax are not able to help me purchase shares through the announced retail offer. Does anyone know how I can take part and transfer shares to my lloy account?
Alternatively I have to purchase through the open market and get shafted again. GRRRRR
I think that we all know that something will be happening within the next week or two, and it's not rocket science to know that any financing will be at less than the current market price. The questions are therefore what will the price be and how much money do they intend/need to raise. Obviously the two are linked, it's just a waiting game on this side of the equation. On the other side is the fact that nothing has changed from a science perspective and data is due in Q2. Further updates on 737 could occur at any time and at this point it is unknown. GLA hope everything becomes clear very soon.
Andy, thank you and PCS for the update, and for taking the time and effort to visit today. Sorry to hear that nobody was in, worrying times indeed with continued radio silence. It is my belief that the BOD have so much invested in the development of compounds that they will fight very hard to keep this alive, I just wish that they would communicate with shareholders. It seems that they have reverted to normal!
Guys, we all knew this was coming, it was just a matter of time. We also know that this was the worst mother of all financing deals known to man. Sadly we are not in control and the BOD have lost all cred with regard to managing finance and they have an obligation to do so. The only thing we can cling to is the science which still looks promising, if we eventually get there without be sold down the river due to incompetence.
Gunner, it's being played like the average big game fish and manipulated by the MM's, and with the RF factor by disposing of a bucket load of shares it is most unlikely to rise in the short term. The long awaited data should improve things but RF will have more shares by then so who really knows what lies ahead. LTH's will hope that good news will see the end of the poor performance with some kind of normality restored.
Warty, it is for the reasons that you have stated I am not adding any more, the lower it goes the more risk attached. Its all very disappointing for LTH's who have been supportive of SAR for over a decade. The board are responsible for all commercial decisions and they have made some absolute howlers. Still holding until the end though.
