That should be able to put a dent in the lack of Russian oil! Onward and upward.
For those that voted in favour, what on earth have you done?
Really sad and disappointed with Parker and his advisors, where are the ii’s ? How is this situation more attractive?
Very poor performance needs to be resolved.
With the current prices of oil and gas and the statement that Trafigura would be exporting out product, surely the revenue should be rolling in. The Russian shortage of oil and gas will only work in our favour (short, medium and long term).
Now is the fine for astute management, make hay while the sun shines.
Not to forget those poor souls in the Ukraine though, our thought should be with them too!
LL, yes it could have done, but not now. That’s the whole point of what I have been trying to explain. To reach an equivalent value of £32 post consolidation won’t happen, the only thing we can hope for now is a buyout.
Consolidation at a much higher level, 20p or higher I could have agreed with.
Maidt308, don’t get too exited I expect that the consolidation price will be an average over a number of days prior to the event so it looks like around £1.75 after consolidation. I’m sure that this is not what you and many other shareholders want. However if this gets voted through, that’s what we are going to get, shoddy really but we will have to see where that takes us.
While oil and gas prices are at a peak, you would have thought that as a producer we would be raking it in. Sadly we are on the whole constrained by the Argentinian market. We really do need to export as much as possible while it lasts. Come on Peter, you must know this. Atome is a fair way off so President should be the priority.
With tungsten and tin prices at such high levels we should be soaring, but instead we are hooting with the owls!
Sadly poor management decisions, coupled with a lack of knowledge, and unrealistic expectations has caught many investors out here. Me included! The question is; what happens next? How long will it take? When can you expect to see a return on your investment?
Try to pin the tail on the donkey and you’ll get the answer.
SOG, agreed, much of this is perception. We know tox is good, they have said everything except for the official release of results.
They have a little bit of breathing space to release the results by the end of Q1.
While I have voiced my opinion on consolidation at this level, I am sure it will proceed as it only requires a simple majority (enough said!).
It’s still looking extremely positive.
Have a good evening.
The MM’s can do whatever they want, little volume no market for them as LTH’s and those with the majority of company shares aren’t letting go, at this level or a significantly higher one. Sareum will be a blockbuster if our pipeline comes to fruition, or if a major is willing to pay £3bn prior to or after consolidation. GLA
Crested, it is my understanding that consolidation applies to these warrants too, the number of shares gets reduced by 50:1 and the price goes up proportionately, 8p becomes £4 and 10p becomes £5. Unless there is another option which the BOD will have to outline.
