SOG, good morning to you too! It’s not about other companies it’s about the decisions our BOD have taken and the management thereafter, at no point during all of the meetings have they stood up and taken responsibility.

It is hard to put a value on our compounds, we know the market potential and worth further down the line, however it’s not about that. The value is in what a buyer or partner is willing to pay. It could range from 100 million to 2 billion. My point is that the board no longer hold shares at the same monetary level of shareholders, and as each award of bonus/warrant/dilution it means the gap will get wider as the SP slides.

SOG, sadly shareholder value has been undermined over the last few years with dilution and warrants. The BOD are no longer aligned with shareholders and have little to no intention of improving the situation. I fear that we will be sold out cheaply at some point in the future. I still have no problem with the science and the requirement to carry out tox studies, just wish they would get on with it and keep us informed. Parker only seems to communicate when he is living it up!!! grrrr!

If 737 is any good the latest licence has just managed to kick the can another year down the road.

I sincerely hope the BOD will be discussing this early in the New Year, not waiting until March as intimated by the RNS.

SOG, very interesting to see that toxicology runs through all phases of drug development, with continual monitoring providing a full picture for any potential buyer. As each phase progresses, the more they will know about any drug and the data will obviously be recorded.

It's really odd by where have all these financial backers come from when they weren't around during the RF debacle which got us into this horrible position? Secondly why now? they have clearly been told or sold a story which fits in with some kind of long term profitability, not available to normal shareholders. To be honest Stephen Parker, this STINKS. Shareholder value being undermined at every opportunity by financial ineptitude, i'm getting less impressed by each RNS. Grrrrrrr!

And 1802, wherever that takes us! Plenty of positives but t need the bod to communicate this to the world. As ever this has always been a stumbling block.

If 737 brings some added value and some income, we can say tally ho we’re off to the races with phase two on our own if we need to. However, why take the risk if a big pharma wants to take it on. Time will tell. I’m still holding on and still believe in the science, god knows it’s the only thing I can cling too….

Potnak, I agree with a great deal that you have written. The bod seem to get most things wrong financially. They consolidated at the wrong time, raised cash at the wrong time, diluted the share to hell with the RF debacle and now more dilution for mates at discounted rates with warrants, FFS PARKER and co, sort it out.

Damion, Hopefully some news next week, happy to wait though (not that I have any control!!). We get nearer each day and the risk increases, but also does the reward. Now is the time to see if Parker can produce the goods.

Why? They normally give a reason.

How long does it take to process trial data? surely a month is enough!

The question is, then what do they do with it?

They won’t make it public knowledge, or would they?

Surely this info would be used to negotiate on licensing or sale, all under an NDA of course.

I would however like to see some kind of positive statement regarding the results, and sooner rather than later.

Only around the corner folks, the long awaited data that Tim, John and Stephen have been telling us is pivotal/transformational.

Lets have it some time in the next few weeks.
