Across the pond A consortium of Mitsubishi and Magnum are working away on hydrogen gas storage UTAH given funding by US dept of Energy for $504m last year 2022

originally it was to be worlds larges storage facility of 60 massive caverns project size 27 times larger than IM but looks now to have been scaled back to two caverns

However on my calcs I don't understand IM being stated everywhere as 500 million cubic metres of storage

I work it out at 4.825 million cubic metres ? very similar to this UTAH project perhaps someone can advise

I do read advn as well ferry is a distraction in my opinion and I also raised the issue before to JW about the company being too diverse too many yards and trying too manage such a diverse range and places etc so time will tell and time will also tell on the finance and cash burn

But what I do also see is companies like rwe going to spend 5b per annum for the next 10 years on renewables hydrogen storage etc I also see appledore arnish and methil bought for buttons when they were loss making /surplus to requirements and now after pandemic ukraine they are actually worth something

I also see political change of outsourcing and I see IM being necessary now that UK are outside the EU loop when it comes to energy security

but I do value your opinion for my checks and balances, and hope your wrong

FG is prob like me and many others that rely on gut instinct and wouldn't care to look at your vectra algorithm thingy how ever i have a substantial investment for me so as entitled as anyone to post up

We do rely heavily however on all the great articles and posts put on by lse and other LTH along with their opinions and yours, so that we can make well informed decisions

anyone new to board should spend weeks as i did, reading back posts so I would not ask repeat questions If some dross comes along that's tough but some of it can be entertaining

If directors start buying a reasonable amount of shares + 5 If finance is sorted + 10 if revenue comes in 120m + and break even + 15 so SP at 47p in 12 months but what would I know..?

A great result and a vindication for all LTH in the company,gives a bit of peace of mind irrespective of what happens with SP

Can the judge reject the JR but still put forward binding recommendations that could have cost implications for H & W e.g. more environmental costs

I don't have any hymn sheet so I'm just trying to ascertain what the true value is after this czech deal. I don't think this czech deal is comparable to IM either, delivery rates different etc. from the caverns compared to aquifers and storage capacity comparison still isn't clear

so many variables and unknowns e.g. the current cost to develop IM further wait and see..

Czech do not have ability to produce low carbon hydrogen because of their geographic location so they don't have the same value in it ,too costly for them. thats my interpretation

RWE 2.7 billion cube 5.5 times the capacity of IM ??
