Ok on a serious note; As I only recently bought in I don't have the same level of frustration built up as LTH so see things slightly different. Having read fully the RNS I dont see any other reason for delay different to what C Bird has actually said i.e. The financier is doing their due diligence. What stumbling block or delay have they come across? Something small can hold up the whole process. for example, Bezant have the ML 185 Mining Licence.No problem However there is no notice via RNS that they have the re-issued and up to date EPL 2902 and EPL 5075 Prospective Licences for the NLZM Plant. THe ML does Not cover these and is separate. I emailed the company several days ago and no-one bothered to reply. Not saying it is this but it could easily be a small detail like this that awaits resolving i.m.o. meanwhile work progresses.... so suppliers and contractors aren't concerned?

To answer the Question - Yes; All Mining licences are on hold. How long for 🤷‍♂️ Some think that there will be news update before/at the Mining Conference this month. maybe? but its the GSMB that control things now so who knows... This draft of recommendations will take time to act upon (a lot of time) if.. it is acted upon. The Article is good news reading for Capital Metals, Bad for Titan. Sands. Greg could at least advise if the GSMB are/have carrying out a Financial Audit /SEA as part of the REA and would let us all know whats happening at least. perhaps even advise if there are means for compensation via SWISS Approach ( I personally doubt it)

The company has boosted its workforce too early i.m.o. in anticipation of getting going and no visible work in progress to show for it.( attending conferences and helping out the locals etc. for me doesn't cut it) What's their cash burn now 🤷‍♂️
