I mean its only a $7m Copper project and Financier will probably want to see a full commitment via "boots on the ground" i.e. "actual" prelim works being carried out and contracts with all supplers/sub contractors in place,before proceeding. just i.m.o. 🙏 please stay at this level or drop so I can add soon

how about something simpler for an entity looking to buy/buy in -like If they had several options open to them. One was on the North East coast of South America close to Port with potentially good Rail and Road that they can go visit periodically as the site is easily accessed and shipping of product to Europe via the Atlantic,versus a mine say in chile stuck half way up a mountain with terrible road network and then having product go through the Panama Canal to get to market. These are the factors that will count moreso than was there a delay in getting the Licence sorted on time. All i.m.o.

I would agree 8ead and hopefully you are right,however you can never rule out a small raise to cover an "unexpected" capex cost or even an "opportunity" comes along that the board sees as an enhancement to the project.... just saying..

Something as small as currency movements has an effect. If you look at the ZAR54.530.353 capex costs which incl.the 0.8m contingency; with currency movement shifts the ZAR /USD rate from 18.6 to todays rate of 16.37 Its pretty insignificant but adds another $400k to capex

I would like to think that there will be a one off all encompassing RNS that has a prepayment offtaker agreement with finance and any other raise all dealt with; rather than a dribs and drabs flow of RNS

If the Mcap had managed to climb to £45m very fast I would have expected to see 25% drop; no problem,but this is a slow gradual rise and I can't see it staying down sub 8 for long at all. i.m.o.
