GreenRoc Accelerates their World Class Project to Production as Early as 2028. Watch the full video here.
Thanks Btree You seem to have a big problem (as does heb)with a company having a charge over its assets in order to secure funding. perhaps you can suggest other means how they can grow the company to 200m+ rev without having a charge on any assets. I mean you're really on top of things.
lets face it a guy that at 1.30 in the morning can preempt a sell off of shares the next day and then within two minutes of 525600 shares being dumped is able to post immediately, followed by your tag team Con Heb also on the button straight away l.o.l. why not wait a couple more hours or till the evening? oh and btw shares this morning 9.20 eve 9.00 hardly a big deal to write about now was it?
p.s As to my mental health don't be fretting my friend,I'll have you know its A1 👍 I just have a silly sense of humour that's all. And yes i'm going for a rest now, goodnight... think I'll listen to a bit of Bowie - god rest his soul in heaven
Bubbles were you really expecting an answer? Don't think you would be getting a positive one anyway. The well thought out 12:31 post by FindingtheTa will be waiting a while for a proper response as well. Findingtheta only now seems to be drawing the same conclusion what many of us figured out a good while ago..
To keep posting in a heading Sells feeds into others Narrative, and I would encourage Holder's to refrain from this. Incidentally these sells haven been now been replaced by buys so what was the point of this-if we didn't know!
Btree re 20:42 I am not a psychoanalyst and sometimes can't work out stuff in my own head so I'm certainly not going to try and figure out whats going on in John Woods head. but I would concur with Harchris 20:26 comments, and also Xenor that has several times stated that the company does not just fold because it may not qualify for UKEF it just has a more difficult path that's all,but it continues. My fav. poem actually, Robert Frost, The road not taken.

after the coronation street thing..
Good to see Methil getting a mention t.b.h.. To me it often seems to be a bit of a forgotten yard sometimes.
I was in Belfast Tuesday evening and nipped round to look at the Searose. When you see the complexity of this ship in dock it is so impressive in its complexity. If H+W can do this type of project, then they can literally do anything. Took photos but I don't seem able to download onto the board unfortunately. (unless someone can advise me how).
Its important when you look at other storage locations such as this Aldbrough one, that the volumetric size can be drawn in comparison to Islandmagee because that is one of the critical Factors along with Capex and everything else etc... that need to assessment - very roughly I have the Aldbrough Caverns at 207,500 m3 each x 9 No. Off = 1.87million m3 total.
For Islandmagee I have 804,350m3 and taking for just 2 No Off = 1.61million m3 total.
so 2 caverns at Islandmagee equates to 8 of the caverns at Aldbrough approx. Hope I got this right. lol
Importance of gas storage highlighted by how even a minor pipe fracture increases price so quickly.

Spot on SiD (and bt) I was rushing out this morning. I get the feeling that there are a lot more smaller investors in this than what may be thought. and now another 2m shares will be scattered across a multiple of smaller holders. I presume a TR1 holder has no more access to critical info than anyone else.
Btree I honestly don't know why you always seem to have a problem with speculation on the board. its part and parcel of being in shares and knowing whether to sell, hold or buy more by hopefully being ahead of the pack. Also, there is nothing to say that H+W don't have a percentage on top of subcontractors work either as a MC. In fact I would expect them to.
no need to reply.
Kaeren short term i.e. 3 months I just don't know, and I don't think too many will put numbers down in writing the way SP has went this past 12 months t.b.h.
However,as you asked and getting little response I'll throw my tuppence worth out there. The Co has 1500 employees so a Rev of £220m is achievable for this headcount. To get to 400m Rev would need maybe another 1000 employees?. if they can get to 400m with a 200m debt so a ratio of 0.5 then this is very positive.(ignoring any IM value that could reduce this debt ) For me the proper SP figure will only truly be achieved if they are in a position to pay Dividends-no matter how small and only then will the market take proper notice and give a truer SP figure. I have no problem in saying that if Debt is at a ratio of 0.5 or under and a Rev of 350m+ is reached then the Co could have a potential SP min.of 173m+ depending on : - how Gov/MOD see them in their future plans as a prime contractor and also contracts/forecasts for future growth. I don't see IM counting too much anymore t.b.h. and would prefer to just be pleasantly surprised if it does amount to something.
Now just going to put my tin hat on. l.o.l. ALL I.M.O.🤷♂️
Its cause you'se aren't drinking enough of it. ha ha
but its actually true, you need it flowing a plenty;in short pipe runs going from keg to tap
add in a decent barman and you're flying.
p.s. bubbles-temple bar is an area not just solely one pub.
SiD 14.25 exercise price on this lot anyway.
Harland & Wolff will also grant Riverstone detachable warrants over new ordinary shares in the company (warrants) as part of this transaction. A total of 10,419,766 warrants will be issued as part of this transaction. Each warrant will carry an exercise price of 14.25 pence per share, which is the closing price of the company’s shares on 8 March 2022, being the latest practicable date prior to this announcement. The warrants are exercisable at any time after the debt facility has been put in place but must be exercised before 36 months from 9 March 2022.
I dont know the workings Deepsea and I would defer to wiser heads but i.m.o.
Criteria to be fulfilled would have been made available to the company at an early stage for them to act on.
This appointment alone would not delay a 200m finance package and the cfo could act in the interim until this measure is in place.
