Profit ? Depends on your state of mind. Do you consider H & W as an old company est. 1861 or do you consider it as a new company considering there was effectively no revenue !

I am only referring to the agreement between Piriou and the IOS steamship group with all media stating only yesterday, that the intention was to sign contract in October, and my comment that a council meeting should be before this.

Absolutely bubbles, but i'm referring to the objection from council coming if any after a formal contract would be signed between them. If the contract is signed in October as planned, how does this stack up from a legal process and can the council overturn this signed contract after their meeting in November?

Considering that the formal contract signing between the two parties is to take place in "October" the November date is nonsensical..

Tony, its obvious you want out of this share fair eneough but yourself and everyone have been given several opportunities to get out since 2018, average down, buy in on the cheap and gain 50 % relatively quickly if timing was good and opportunity taken

Any decent ceo is not going to sit on the sideline and see what happens and just pay legal fees not in the dna of a good ceo anyway personal insults to ceo and cfo distasteful

I know this company well and they are predominantly a fit out so as it stands I don't see it being a huge thing for HARL compared to a fabrication contract but I could be wrong

Nope not me I never ever said anything like that...

I think the portion that would go to HARL on this is small but will check out more At least its berthing here If it works out well perhaps its something that can develop more

they send out a lot of people abroad to refit so managing closer to home would be good

Putting aside IM value relating to Debt control We all know where things stand on this.

If the revenue was reported as 45.5m (M55 added in) over the 15.41m from 2022 -A rise of 295% instead of 65% it would have been written as an explosion in revenue,not a surge in revenue .. Would negative sentiment from some on here have been different?

The lack of director buy-ins when price was already considered v low and would have been a good opportunity for directors to have averaged down was a clear sign to me this was coming

the actual figure of a very round 500million.. can then be confirmed /adjusted accordingly.

SI D re your reply regarding capacity I was trying to find the formulae and factors that determine the conversion of the volumeric size of the 6 caverns 4.825m.cu. and how it related to the 500m ie How was this figure arrived at! but I have got it all now from Atkins Teeside caverns report but thanks anyway

But joking aside It concerns me as a new investor that many other potential new investors looking to get an insight into this business from a small pi holders point of view will come on here and simply read a couple of back pages, look at the SP trend etc and simply move on to another company and put their investment elsewhere without having fully appreciated what the full potential is with this company so come on - please
