The problem is that if you were a new investor looking to buy shares in HARL with access to the "facts" rather than as a current shareholder that is pretty well tuned in and sees the bigger picture, All you will see on a credit rating is red ccj etc. and you will form an entirely different opinion. I am sure I will be corrected me if i'm wrong but I'm guessing that the Algorithms that investors use now would exclude HARL straight away without possibly considering taking account of the yet signed off UKEF ,forward contracts ,any MOU with Navantia Austal MJM or anything else for that matter. i.m.o.

Harl seem to be on their own.
