I asked before but no-one seemed to have an answer. Is the 100% UKEF finance facility that HARL seem to be applying for instead of the 80%, because they are going for the "GREEN" UKEF scheme? or a different reason. Whats the criteria to meet for the 100% scheme.

UKEF would be trying to get companies that may qualify for this as much as possible,instead of the Oilers that they used to back.
