Re Coops 17:32 Just watched "Nolan Live" out of boredom(personally don't care for the show) but Paul Givan of the DUP was asked by Stephen Nolan about MOD defense contracts and his reply specifically mentioned that they were pushing for H&W to win more contracts with MOD. No other companies were mentioned.

SiD There was a contract for dredging of Belfast Harbour for removal of 300,000 cubic m put out in June 23 so not sure if they are just starting this work or if it has been completed.

Regarding fares This is no different than Ryanair with their £20 flights. I have yet to avail of one of these cheap seats because they either get booked out quick or just not suitable. its a marketing promotion to make it look good that's all.so there needs to be a proper comparison done for all time periods and a variety of passengers, If you can advise further are Fri Sat Sun included in this deal as they are down as "Peak travel Times" on the ISSC Web

To avail of this you have to take a 2hr 45m journey time so you arrive at 12pm race about and get back for the ferry that departs at 4:30pm (Sweat bucket ready) Like I say not suitable for most, and the Isle of Scilly is looking for Staycation visitors. Its worth remembering when discussing Navantia, that they are not a private company-state owned, and between ships and energy; my opinion is that they see HW as a strategic allay for their plans.
