I usually would like to see 200k+per employee, so 1000 employees should be getting 200m per annum revenue generation.

obviously different industries alter this dramatically and heavy engineering will be a lot lower than e.g. pharma etc.. so possibly 175k / employee for shipbuilding?

1000 employees at a revenue /annum each of 80k for 80m turnover is not workable.. so revenue has to go up-big time in 2024, seeing as they are still recruiting and/or holding the numbers where they are.

FSS not starting until 2025 then why recruit now..
