I feel exactly the same regarding ODDO. They deliver zero benefit imo to the business. Yes i accept that brokers need to remain impartial however, why employ a firm that is actively working to destroy your market cap and indirectly encouraging shorting on French index by the look of it?

Rushing out a revision whilst both Numis and S P Angel await full details regarding the LFT and other vitally important updates due out this month that will likely materially affect future earnings and SP targets.

They are a joke of a company frankly, I wouldn't pay them a bean !! I have email Novacyt asking to sack them asap, i believe it a waste of company funds and i intend to raise it at the AGM.

Completed loads of research, not interested in de-rampers, shorters, idiots posting. I couldn't care less. I know what i know, i have done the calculations and whilst my target may look ridiculous at the current SP level, it's oversold, we are less than fire sale values imo and this won't be the case forever.
That's how i see it and that's why I'm still accumulating shares here as i can afford, but DYOR

For those well researched and the brave, you could consider the share price now represents the buying opportunity of a lifetime. For those in at materially higher averages including myself give it time, this is history in the making....

Proven Facts:
1. We know that GM wants to create a MID Market Value Diagnostics Group, this means a minimum starting value of £2bn.
2. We know that GM has led and has numerous M&A deals behind him. We know that Novacyt intend to make acquisitions.
3. We know that an additional product line is about to be announced before the end of this month, this being the Antigen LFT product with validation for “Professional” and “Home” use.
4. We know that GM claims that the revenues will be “Significant” from this product line, and they have the WW network to make impact quickly once released.

Uncertain Facts: -
1. We do not know yet who the partner is but based on recent research its looking like Excalibur Healthcare Service COULD be the likely fit due to past collaborations.
2. Currently the UK LFT market is fed by Innova whose licence is due for renewal in 22nd of this month and they are building a factory in Wales to ramp to production up to 50m. Because LFTs are currently free in the UK (Paid for by Government) will the awards continue to go to Innova OR will it be shared via numerous other partners, AVCT, NCYT, ODX etc etc.
3. IF GM is correct that revenues from this product line are “Significant” then is he expecting this to come from the overseas network? OR is he expecting anything UK?

Wild Speculation: -
1. I remain convinced that NCYT need to bolster the Software and Analytics side of the business to become Mid Cap. I initially though that it might me YOTI now I am wondering if it could be Sensyne.
2. Could Novacyt be looking to do an acquisition of Excalibur AND an acquisition share deal with Sensyne? Kind of makes sense or pure speculation? Both deals are possible.
3. Sensyne recently issued a load of share options are they expecting a deal of some kind to join a board like Novacyt?
4. We have discussed Excalibur as a TO target here numerous times, could this now actually become reality? It's such a great fit and Novacyt are YET to make any moves in the M&A space

IMO At some point within the next two weeks before the audited accounts are published we are going to see a MAJOR buying move from one of the IIs

I make this bold prediction because BR and some of the others average about £7-£8 at the moment. So they have three options 1. Sell at a loss, 2. Leave it and await recovery or 3.Add and average down position.

With the SP being at imo under fire sale prices this is probably the last chance to get in this cheap, once figures are published the SP will likely step higher to reflect the actual true financial position. Currently we are priced on worst case scenario.

AS such we have every chance II will make a move here.

Might be worth raising it then at the AGM. I agree NCYT are reaping what they previously sowed and much of own creation However, the business has materially changed since then.

A move to the NASDAQ now would create MAJOR advantages. Firstly the company would be rated inline with its peers at a decent multiple. Many of the stocks on the bourse from what i can see languish on fairly low values and this drags us back. I see a move to the NASDAQ as a big help in the right direction.

BUT secondly and probably more importantly, the company is trying to expand stateside, it would look far better to the US market to be buying from a NASDAQ listed business and the Investor reach of that market is just massive compared to France. More investors buying up stock would again push the company valuation higher.

Not sure what Jack Taylor have been filming but it all adds to Novacyt's strengths. The more positive promotion out the better. As i say with so much to look forward to now, its shortly going to get very exciting again and new interest created.

In the UK NOT ROW we have had an obsession with buying cheap LFTs from China. You are right in that we have the tests here BUT the government are not buying them thats the harsh reality. Even recently during both April and May the UK government ordered £ 1.2bn of products both months from Innova via China plus the AIR shipping.

Meanwhile, no decision on a £364m order with ODX which is at best a joke. As cases have fallen in the UK its more important that we have the capacity to test more accurately and we have that covered at Novacyt.

The future is NOT LFTs imo. Don't get me wrong i'm glad that Novacyt are delivering an LFT product as its an extra revenue stream and that's fantastic. The more sales the better, i think we are going to produce 1m a week is it? which we will sell BUT bulk of LFT sales in the UK imo will continue to go to Innova especially when the plant opens in Wales with 1.2m of LFTs production a day!!!

Frankly, I'm just glad that Novacyt have managed to build such an amazing route to market and worldwide sales network. I no longer trust this government regarding testing. The only thing they got right was the Vaccination roll out and that could come undone if they don't protect our borders and test properly.

I very much agree with what you write.

The bottom line is that we are about to cover off the LFT aspect shortly However, an LFT is never going to protect us against VOCs. The only way we are going to identify a VOC is via a lab test and sequencing.

During the recent discussion, Sharon made it perfectly clear (Matt Handjob was present) that LFTs are good to comb over high volumes to quickly identify suspected cases and then use PCR to identify and sequence.

I agree with you that Government just thought chuck everything at Vaccines and cheap LFTs from China BUT it is coming undone now. Taking Portugal off the Green list today was a MAJOR sign to me that the government are absolutely shi@@ng themselves that a VOC is going to arrive that will get under the vaccine protection.

Added to this is the increase in cases from the Indian Variant which is building in the UK despite our high vaccination rate.
Its disappointing that the government took the view via DHSC to dispute paying what is due. Half of me feels that Grant Shapps had some involvement somewhere when he tried to crush PCR pricing but ultimately a contract is a contract, and they will need to pay what is due. Hundreds of millions have been wiped off out mcap, so the damage has been done.

Going forwards, the government are going to need Novacyt, frankly. We need as much support as possible to keep the UK protected from VOCs. This is the issue now, its clear to see.

Likewise, it is the same issue for the ROW market, hence why some even the French do not want UK tourists without PCR tests as they consider we will pass to them the Indian Variant. Our technology and products are proven now, we have a massive world market to supply and Novacyt will continue to support those markets with or without government business.

Appreciate that some do not agree with me regarding the Bourse Listing, but I do see it now as a Material handicap to this stock. The business in my opinion has well and truly outgrown this market.

1. Having to deal with two lots of regulations and in two languages is both a drain on resources and an increased cost to the business.

2. I consider the delays in converting English written regulatory news into French also has its issues namely: -
a) Numerous mistakes have occurred where releases have been rescinded or changed later because a statement was not written correctly, key information missing.
b) I seriously consider it is an avenue for information leaks. How many times do you see a big sell on the close prior to a negative RNS release the next day at 7.00am?

3. Due to the French listing, I cannot remember the exact reasons but going right back to the early SP Angel Interviews wasn’t there an issue raising money in the UK due to being listed in France? I cannot remember the exact situation now if anyone can remember please share?

On a positive, Novacyt do not need to issue shares for capital as they have no debt and a big cash pile hence not an issue. However, if they did want to raise cash to part fund a larger acquisition then it could be an issue further down the road?

4. Whilst we only have 72 million shares in issue which is Tiny and in normal circumstances would be a MAJOR plus for a business, in our case there is just little investor reach. I genuinely think that loads of the French market do not even know who Novacyt are? Sales volume is low in France, and we get less media coverage over there than we do here. I just do not see any benefits whatsoever of being listed in France.

5. A listing on Nasdaq or the main market would open us up to a significantly bigger investor audience, not to mention see the company being valued correctly it just must be done. Also, if we are now expanding Stateside, it is a logical move.

Finally, as a side issue sooner they ditch ODDO the better, I still fail to see why this business deservers ANY fees whatsoever. All they have done is support further devaluation of the business. What investors have they introduced us to? Looks like the only players in France are those wanting to short the stock, just pointless.

Anyhow, the company are aware of the issues above, its now a case of IF they do something about it or not.

Thanks, very kind of you to say, I have always been more of a Night Owl than a day person. Old habits die hard as they say!

Lots of things out there in the bigger picture to worry about but Novacyt isn't one of them. You are doing a grand job out with the Emergency Services, that's what's important, not what a few key board warriors think!
Please also take real care, you are making a real difference :)

I'm fairly relaxed here on the investment front, share price is down but as i say the business most certainly isn't and the share price will catch up with that shortly as events unfold.

As the share price climbs, sentiment will change, it always does. Shareholders can be very fickle, i don't pay much notice to what trolls post likewise if i upset anyone here that has a different investing agenda to me. I never short and i don't trade the stock either, I'm just building my position as much as i can afford for the long term, that's all.

Businesses take time to build and Novacyt are on a journey and imo making a material difference, history in the marking as far as i'm concerned!! I remain massively confident.

Trust you are well.
Your reply to me on the deleted thread was both valid and respected.

I have no issue with constructive debate what I take offence to is that there is small group of traders that frequent this board with a specific agenda to talk the price down to encourage retail sales to support short positions. Then possibly genuine shareholders join in on the created negative threads and comment and this in turn creates a sea of negativity and distraction across the LSE board certainly putting off any potential new investors hence, the Shorter’s objective supported. No matter what the share price is they will always tell you it will be another 50p cheaper.

There is also another small group that constantly troll me and try and discredit, I did post once that I was 54 not 52 in error, I have also made typos in posts, I mean I have contributed over 2,000 posts many in the early hours its going to happen, if some posters want to make more of that later good luck with that. My comments are genuine.

My comments to Triumph1 still stand, the poster has NEVER had a good word to say about Novacyt, in fact for many months was telling us how great breath covid tests were going to become and back a certain company in that space. I have no time for that. Likewise Joker99 a constant 24hr de-ramper adding zero value.

@Oriens1 if you are reading this I personally apologise, my comments were possibly harsh, I just found the constant negativity a drain and because you were endorsing a known de-ramper I grouped you with the other group of posters, as I say I apologise.

Posters are welcome to criticise me. I maintain a high calculated share price target which on todays oversold position may look ridiculous. However, share prices do have a way of turning very quickly on AIM just recently ARB shot from 9p to 312p over the course of 10 weeks so crazy things can happen.

I have made it clear that my position is long, the share price is currently on its ars@ but the business is not. They are continuing to recruit, the recent appointment a good example. I try to maintain constant positivity here because often the many great things the company are doing are overlooked but please green bin me if you are not a fan of my positivity.

I have great faith that this business will deliver. My research fully confirms same. The updates out shortly should further support, and I continue to add. My stock position is currently showing a MAJOR paper loss, but I expect that to change once all the updates are out. That is the way I see it.
