RE: Holding RNS26 Feb 2022 19:24
Should the SP drop to 22.5p which is in line with the ATL we would have a business not yet producing revenue BUT still with a Market cap of £40m.
I would consider that possibly a good entry point providing SO has finished. Currently he still has 8,913,432 shares left to dump on the market. Now we can HOPE that he just intends to sell the remaining South Ocean Capital Management, LLC shares and that the other shares specifically relating to Nemean Asset Management LLC are going to remain unsold. We HOPE but if he starts offloading those Nemean shares as well, then it could drop even further imo.
Based on his current sell rate, that will take us to about circa middle of April for those to be sold off UNLESS some material event occurs which results in massive increased buying volume that he can sell into in order to exit quicker.
Obviously, DYOR, WTFDIK but i think i can speak for many sitting on the sidelines here looking at this stock. Having been burnt here buying so many times now, i still have stock here that unfortunately i was too stupid not to sell, personally i am not buying here until sub 40m mcap i e.22.5p - that is possibly my buy point.
Now at one point i thought shall i move earlier, others might buy at 23p why not buy at 24p FOMO and all that, but frankly i am just not interested. The market is loaded with opportunities, what will be will be. When this is 22.5p if the outlook is better and we have the final TR1 from SO i might give it another go, if i miss bottom sobeit rather miss than try and time catching a falling knife and get burnt again.
Good luck whatever your call here. For me, Long term future could well prove fantastic, short term before end of Q2 i think it remains risky.
