@Phil
Indeed, I totally agree that if the foundation could help finance the trial work it would free up and enable financial resource to fund further trials. It all helps.
Actually, it was pointed out to me via a contact on twitter how much work the Michael J Fox foundation has been doing with 4D regarding the process and ways to set up trials to get this moving forwards. The trials are due to start shortly, and update is expected, it’s just we haven’t seen any real coverage of any of this work so far.
Our main issue really is that 4D are doing all this great work behind the scenes but not shouting about it. We really need Duncan to be banging the 4D Drum here now doing more interviews with media, Vox, getting investor communities engaged etc and talking about this activity. Perhaps Duncan needs to appoint someone on the management team specifically for PR? This would be a really good idea.
Duncan has kind of got into a cycle of cracking on with the work behind the scenes but not keeping the investor community engaged. Sure, he is announcing the next exhibition etc, but most RI are not attending those exhibitions.
It could also be that when positive news was previously released by Duncan because SO was selling into it and taking the SP down it taken its toll on him. Any good news was just supporting the forced seller. Anyhow, that period is now over.
I was encouraged by Morgan Stanley taking a position stateside, only a small position I grant you, but it shows interest and others will follow. The news rich season is now before us and will change things for sure especially with the trial data readouts due.
It will also bring further investor confidence and support recovery of the share price
