Sang did pick up on the appointment of Owen Vaughan to be fair.
Owen was a Senior Vice President of Alnylam, which has a $18bn mcap. Add this to this existing high profile members of the board, such as Axel Glasmacher and Imke Mulder - VERY Strong for forward growth.

The update on 0518 is due within two weeks IF they can remain on schedule. IF this is proven to work, this is a material change, by material we are talking SP step change imo. Duncan has confirmed 0518 update this Quarter on track.

Blautix - I mentioned earlier today, its proven P3. The nearest drug on the market that has pole position has side effects and is NOT effective for all patients, I genuinely think Blautix could prove to ultimately take the market for an IBS cure. This could be a fairly quick product to market imo and worth more than the current market cap in its own right. Will be interesting what happens here.

Finally, the bit i like. SO is either Out or close to being out, happy days. Downward pressure on SP removed. So apart from profit taking along the way we will start trending up now imo. Also entering a news rich period will also help.

Yesterday i should have waited, i expected a fall back today from both SO and Retail taking small profits.
However, If the run is on similar to last year then we have a fighting chance of moving up anyhow.
Only two weeks left of this quarter, that long overdue update would be welcome.

Strategy update

Currently operating as a virtual Biotech Company, ValiRx out-sources all testing of current evaluation and pre-clinical projects to a wide range of external contract research organisations (CROs). The Company is of the view that this fragmented approach to early-stage drug development is non-optimal and is assessing options to acquire capabilities and infrastructure to create a more efficient and effective translational drug development service. Operating as a wholly owned subsidiary company, the prospective integrated services entity would be used for both in-house projects and offered to third parties, such as the increasing number of innovative biotechnology companies. The revenue generated from providing pre-clinical development services would enable continued investment in advanced testing and analysis technology and support the progression of ValiRx in-house pipeline projects.

Looks like the Lab acquisition plan going ahead then which makes sense, hopefully the presentation on the 6th April will outline the further details.

That's the thing isn't it, despite the recent moves the SP is still incredibly low and having to recover from an oversold position hence some negativity but that will change.

Attitudes will turn positive once updates start rolling and the SP fully recovers. A start has been made.

The AGM is the time to make these provisions.
As far as i'm concerned he is simply lining everything up, he has not issued a placing, he has created an option.
That option could be required on discovery, if they go it alone at the production stages.
Frankly, i still believe at that point it will go JV anyhow but lets see how events unfold.
I maintain total confidence in the BOD and the direction they are going unless proved otherwise.

Some here just getting a little hot under the collar over something that hasn't happened. Just a ruse to try and help create doubt to buy back in cheaper. each to their own.

Just waiting on the where, when and who with drilling update not far off now. We are entering that news rich period so we can expect more notice and interest as we drive forward from here.

Personally i have no concern here. I don't care what the percentage of votes are as the resolutions were all passed. Job done. VERY HAPPY.

David has today confirmed he is in advanced discussions with a leading global drilling company and the rig will be in modules to make transportation easier. I don't think he can be any clearer than that. When David referred to the cash at bank figure he can ONLY give you the figure to the year end as that is the audited figure. Two months later it likely be marginally less but bloody hell, that's just as expected, nothing sinister in that and he does not have to detail that yet anyhow, only confirm at the half year results report.

If there is a deal after discovery to give a percentage of warrants at £1.10 or whatever, well that's something else BUT he has made no such promise and frankly i can live with it at that level. They get this right and we all know what the upside return potential will be, its stratospheric from 10p frankly.

We await confirmation of the drilling schedule. The where, when and why update and I will give David the benefit of the doubt to outline that shortly. Of course if he doesn't then different conversation but for now, they are in line with everything they have confirmed.

Two weeks left of this quarter, lets see what he comes through with. In the meantime, I remain adding and frankly, If its too hot in the kitchen for some then sell, move on, no issues with that. As i say you have to do what works for you. For me, it remains a red hot buy, certainly at this level. If Helium extraction proven, you are looking at a significant step change north in the SP, if not it will be worth FA. No change. Only one of two outcomes here frankly.

Updating on the salient points, brilliant

SRK Consulting have reported a 'Best Estimate' Un-risked Prospective Resource of 138 Bcf (2U/P50) for the Company's Rukwa Project, meaning that the project has potentially strategic global implications with the ability to significantly resolve helium supply/demand issues.

Sooner this resource is online the better. Russia not supplying 35% now, the world needs HE1 live frankly and supplying . The where what and when required now all the formalities are out the way. This quarter? so anytime now through end of the month.

Agree with you that he was Very clear that they are looking at all avenues for future financing from farm in to debt to JV. Important......so as not to dilute investors. Quality...

I think in the run up to this, we had a few panic knickers selling out fear a dilution placing was imminent despite his confirmation only three weeks back they had just shy of 10m at bank and more than adequately placed to see the drilling season out. They don't keep up though do they? I can see the share buying flowing back in now.

Anyhow, onwards and upwards. Get the seals proven and i still say JV move likely. Still in the dark regarding the leading global drilling company. Being able to shallow drill as well, brilliant, likely they will deliver results quicker.

We maintain the break out and I will keep adding all the way up. Confident in the business, confident in Duncan, not confident in SO but he is almost out if not already on these rises hence if he is not fully out yet and he does his worst any fall back can hopefully be contained which makes me feel more confident.
If we are 60/70p by friday I can see it doing what it did over a three week period the last time - heres hoping!

My point was specifically about Blautix alone, I'm fully aware of 0518 - The burning question is IF SO has finished, if he has we will continue going north, forgiving profit takers along the way. If he hasn't he will dump a big chuck of stock on us - its that simple.

I had fully researched Blautix from an investment perspective back in November, the market leader in the IBS sector is not very effective yet it still ended up in a dominant market position with a value of circa £50m with significant ongoing royalties since its acquisition after a successful P3 trial i think it was about 8 yr ago. I need to check my notes but the point i'm making is that i believe that Blautix alone is worth more than the current market cap. I believe Blautix COULD prove to be a more effective treatment. Time will tell.

The elephant in the room for us is have we done enough to flush SO out? Is there enough new buying interest to absorb him? so far so good

i have topped up at 42p, to down average despite my better judgement, if it falls back i will hit it again, if that goes tits up, i will give up with it....

Very much rules in possible JV going forward.
Landscape has also changed, NO Russian supply now hence the markets expected 35% supply not going to happen and existing supply issues getting worse, the squeeze in on. Demand increasing and HE Prices rising. Helium needs to come from somewhere and its a finite resource and the only element on the planet that is completely nonrenewable

As confirmed by David only three weeks ago the Seismics and ERT data indicate that this resource facility has:-
“Enough to supply the worlds global Helium Requirement for 20 years... or for 15% for the next century. Hence, a strategic asset.” Also, if these new seals are solid potential closures then the Helium is indeed trapped.

Finally, I don't disagree regarding funds from Europe may be available due to decarbonisation. The French also have Total which operates in Tanzania, when David says negotiations with a Global provider i do wonder who that actually is?

The drilling equipment lends to shallow drilling and mobility for different points i believe but, lets see what he has to say latter?.

It's clear that this resource is even bigger than first thought with this additional area data, its being successful in getting it out the ground now that counts. I'm a buyer at these levels anyhow for sure, see how it goes. By him stating these additional finds and closure's by RNS at open he can now discuss them later.

In now order to support positivity I won’t comment further here until after 31/3 when hopefully the position is known.
I stand by my analysis, IF they need to raise capital for one of the reasons I stated it can only be done at what the market will pay. The economic backdrop is ugly at the moment, this could also be a factor as to why it is taking longer.
IN closing, None of this if they have to create a plan B is insurmountable as I said earlier, long term the future is sound.
