I can't get my head around this at all tbh. So the new management team sell the prime asset for 1m to the Chinese but the company retains the 2.5m debt potentially due to the DHSC - who thought that was a good deal?

It now wants to do a fund raise at 5p AND by some miracle has secured 4.6m after costs from II but would like to add a further 2m from retail - am i keeping up here?

Who in their right mind would buy shares in this placing? How in gods name have II parted with 4.6m so easily???? So after this deal it will have cash at bank after repaying DHSC of 2.1M unless retail buy in and next to nothing else except cash burn.???

Currently at 5p the mcap today is 9.2m yet SH will get massive dilution when this placing completes but it will be a loss making business with just 2.1m of cash left to burn. Is it now worth 9m? - cash is worth 1.5x max.

The sale of the prime business for a token 1m is an absolute bloody disgrace. As an absolute minimum the debt should have gone across with the sale. What a deal the Chinese have done, bloody amazing deal of the century frankly. They haven't bid for the business they have just taken all the prime assets - a master stroke.

Sorry but i think due to the disgusting way the DHSC have acted and the disgusting way the management team have acted and now more recently sold off the prime asset for a token fee imo the remaining business should be just put into administration. Let the DHSC go and jump for their money.

I really feel for those that had large capital investment's here written off, Colin may well have fallen on his sword and gone but he did alright out of it didn't he?, most of the directors were converting options from 15 odd pence and selling at 85-95p range. Dam outrageous frankly.

Not much more to say really, just don't get how this has ended so badly for Shareholders, don't get how they can even get away with a further placing having sold the prime assets off.

Of course being a fellow Bull, i am going to like your analysis. Heck scrub like and replace with i am going to Bloody LOVE your analysis. But you know what, you may just have called it right. It does fit and as they say, if something walks like a duck and quacks like one, it probably is one.

See how it unfolds here but the SP is an absolute gift at this level, they get it right and we are in for a stratospheric rise.

Ironically we are probably one of the few stocks that would ultimately benefit from sanctions imposed on Russia.

Russia expects to supply 25% to 30% of all helium used worldwide. Cut that supply off and we can expect a beautiful boost here.

During the last year and since the original HE1 calculations, Helium Prices have already rallied from $250/mcf to now most recently $450-550/mcf with one quoting as much as $600 mcf and still climbing.

Prices are getting ridiculous but its in limited supply, fact, so its to be expected. MRI Scanners, Cooling systems, NASA and heck even Elon Musk's vanity space program can't operate without it. Mobile phones, fibre optic cables for internet, nuclear reactors for energy, lasers, detecting leaks on ships in the Navy, Microscopes, airbags in cars, the list is endless. I don't think many realise how important Helium supply is. It is vital frankly.

US supply is shrinking and is relying on imports. Sanctions on Russia and well the pressure on that squeeze will just intensify. Could we see as high as $1,000/mcf during the next 12 months? you betcha.

Sooner this supply is online the better

I don’t need to get into anyone good books, if you read this thread there were a number of earlier jokes in this thread to lighten the mood whilst Shareholders are awaiting updates.

Nothing said or done here can change anything. As far as I’m concerned, it’s a case of que sera sera, Suzy will update once she knows.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, the initial news was rushed out on the 2nd November and it needed supporting discussion but the investor Q & A wasn’t arranged until the 11th November and then rather than add it to the company meets platform they decided they wanted to use Zoom and make film stars out of the shareholders that had questions, it was a botch job lets face it, one poor sod asking questions looked like he had been in a fight. I’m sure if time over again it would all be done differently but we are where we are.

Anyhow, moving forward Suzy has given a long date of end of quarter which Is still some five odd weeks away. Until they update further, we remain in the dark and they are unfortunately dependent on the speed and actions of a third party.

I have posted openly my own feelings on this deal; I have nothing more to add other than to say that shareholders including me will support no matter the outcome. Nothing anyone says here will change anything until they update further.

If people are going to pluck a figure out of thin air why not 30p, those posting 8p do so to support own agenda to buy cheaper but its any ones guess how events unfold here.

THEY HAVE ENOUGH FUNDS TO MEET THE CURRENT EXPLORATION PROGRAM - PERIOD

Lets just say a discovery made and JV deal then in process they decide to spud multi locations, SP rallies and by mid July august they decide to raise more funds to expand further. SP could be well north of 30p by then in which case a placing at 30p wont be an issue.

The de-ramping here is just tiresome. The sooner we get the main update from David and the SP reflects a materially higher level the better.

They already have a Nomad and broker and have simply changed the broker service they use, could be renewal fees could be different connections with funds, could be who a potential partner uses, could be any bloody reason

I’m trying to figure out what kind of an individual would want to spend hours of their time posting one line negative slurs against a business trying to make a difference in curing cancer. What kind of an individual are you? 14 posts since the new year?

You have been posting negative one liners here about manning lifeboats and what a cr@p investment this is since May last year. You post nothing constructive just one line quips. If you have a material point to make then make it for debate otherwise, just have the decency to move on. If its not for you now, its not for you.

Shareholders here are not stupid; they know the risks. It’s a penny share on the AIM index for crying out loud. The company has a loyal shareholder base. You know, Biotech’s take an awfully long time to establish, this is still a fledgling biotech, we all know this. The journey they are on is not a straight line there are many twists and turns along that journey, its not always plain sailing, that’s the way it is.

Should this specific 201 arrangement not go the way they want, they will simply have to readjust the business plan and work on a plan B. That’s business and it will be dealt with.

I have never liked the US SPV concept myself for dealing with 201 and have detailed fully my reasons however, that doesn’t mean that it’s not the right call, they may get it to work and if they don’t its not the end of the world. Shareholders including myself will be supportive.

Meanwhile, posting one line negative comments for comment’s sake is not helpful, you just come across as bitter and twisted. Shareholders will make their own calls

The position in this stock won't be any different to any other mining stock, so i have zero concerns.

During the Cuban missile crisis the Dow actually remained fairly stable, there is a heck of a lot of political posturing going on currently. Do Russia want to invade and create regime change which won't be popular, not sure if they do, we don't know or is it just trying to force negotiations to hold off or put back plans for Ukraine to join NATO, more likely.

Personally, i think the whole situation will blow over, i don't think we are on the verge of WW3 or having to don my tin hat anytime soon, no matter how much shorters want stock markets to fall back. Some stocks didn't move at all on Friday, see how next week goes.

On the flip side, all this activity will likely see gas prices, along with Helium prices, continue to climb even higher. Once David gets his update out this will move up materially higher, every day is a day closer.

Regarding Terra Rara, lets just take the MREE project alone and say the figures are right. They own 70% of a Mine worth £174m so that's i.e £ 121m worth of asset value, we reverse it into a veggie burger maker going nowhere (sorry fans) with a £2m mcap, could be any AIM Shell, then by logic the SP here has to rise significantly to catch up??

That's business , looks like a shrewd move. Unless of course the asset value is boll@x and the mine is not worth £121m?

This is either going to rally like mad to a few pence or fall on its arse... Clarity on the deal however COULD give it some legs, see what the analysts report back over the coming days. As pointed out their is a NOMAD on this so the numbers have to go through some scrutiny...

Nobody can predict with precise science you can only go off what you find
We have run previously towards the 30p, i consider the position significantly stronger now, so don't see this as an issue.
Markets are a mess
We are seeing higher lows. A little bit of buying pressure and the SP will rallly
If i had to put a flag in the sand i would say breaking out above 22p short term more than possible
Any specific ground breaking news, more than one drill, a JV or significant partner and SP could step change.
Clearly Helium is there, we now need to see it extracted
Will see how events unfold.

Poster @Sausageface had sold up in Jan and was posting here telling everyone they had sold, it was going to be a no news period apparently and they were looking to reinvest in March.

The recent de-ramps are just a prelude and pathetic attempt to try and encourage others to sell or not buy to try and secure a lower price for buy back. I have no time for these idiots. It's all games.

Hopefully David releases the updates on the ERT and forward plans earlier and these traders get caught out

Meanwhile, i may be criticised by the few de-rampers here and accused of ramping however EVERY comment made is backed up fully by my reasons why i believe the SP will rally/ increase significantly from here. If the share was that sh@t why would they invest time posting negative comments having already admitted they intend to buy back?

It's just utter b@llox. Unfortunately we see it on numerous boards at LSE. same old same old. I'm just not Not interested in traders with that kind of agenda.

I hold shares here, I really like the business and how its being positioned, if i wasn't confident in the business i wouldn't invest in it. As such I'm going to shout about my investment, I believe it will be the star performer in my portfolio this year and as such I'm backing them and adding to my position as funds permit.
