Traa, I thought I was a bit of a loner in noticing that sort of thing - through expecting more - which is gutless (CEO) in my view.

..........either that or Linde haven't been taking this as seriously as it merits. Either way, I agree that this is more likely than not to get an FDA pass now.

Barbon, the biggest lesson I ever learnt with the legal profession when dealing with them was how you definitely get what you pay for. My solicitor told me the best Barristers are in London or Bristol. Judging be my previous Barrister, avoid Sheffield!

Richob, no offence and much as I like you, please look again at the figures I posted below, the whole point of which was to stop people suggesting that we are fully funded into 2023 - that is unless we've not paid the gas bill this year. That assumption (prev. statement) does not add-up. That said, it is not a bad thing - depending on the P1 outcome - but it makes sense to have some spare cash ready just in case.

Chartmy, I think you might want to take a look at the results from this time last year, the "Financial Highlights" of which will tell us exactly where we stand financially. IMO, the timing of any funding option will depend upon how close they are to producing the P1 data but it's going to be tight.
