Fair point, Greener. I am hoping that's why they were brought in. I do think however that AB underestimates the need to communicate though, especially on the digital front nowadays. Our last Twitter post was on 28 April, substantive RNS updates have been negligible since April and an out of date video on the website from 15th October 2020 hardly says "Dynamic / go ahead" investment on-the-move to me. Can do better.

A greater downside will be through a lack of AB's hunger or urgency in the need to do a deal - IE Waiting for it to come to him through 'indifference' - largely because they do not need the cash at present and the lifestyle is pretty comfy. Is there such thing as an average farm-in deal timeline? Apologies for the negativity but AB has never really excelled with comms, unlike on the repetitive RNS cliches front and as outlined by alsoppc whose post it is difficult to argue with.

.......is something JOG has highlighted as being an aim for heaven knows how long. I think it's fairly safe to say that they've pretty much "nailed-it" as far as the "Long Term" aspect of that is concerned :-)

I was thinking more about the value of the QDs in relation to the products as a whole and how Samsung might be hoping to haggle over their importance / the actual QD cost within those products.

Allowing for the fact that I am not as knowledgeable as some on here, Wishingandhoping's is the thinking that I am most comfortable with in reasoning why Samsung would be willing to take this to trial. Would be interested to hear any counter views.

Screenlearner, its daft to suggest that "delays come in pairs?" when everyone knows they come in THREES! Sorry, couldn't resist :-) But I'm with Hawi. It's a bit like missing a bus and arriving late for a job interview, having had a nightmare rushed walk through crowded streets. Who knows if that delay might have seen you get hit by a car, bumping into someone who took issue and started a fight with you or delayed further by an old lady falling over in front of you. Then again, you might have got chatting to someone as you waited at some traffic lights and they turned out to be your interviewer who was also running late - and who you got on really well with. Samsung and Nanoko are following the same journey but down different streets which could bring them together either way. Likewise the court case, who knows how the delay may have altered the course of events towards our favour or otherwise. It will be what it is
