I'd add to that: Will the jury be informed of the chain-of-events that led-up to the favourable rulings to date (for Nanoco) regarding the patents?

Speculation on my part but this presumably suggests we can rule-out any ongoing, behind the scenes settlement talks. Fine by me. Bring it on.

The sale Oppo and OnePlus phones were banned recently in Germany - due to an ongoing IP dispute. They don't mess about :-)

The legal parwork behind any agreement pesumably takes a few months to put together before any anno. An MOU would be useful though. I'm personally happy to hold.

Some fairly intelligent antagonists on here are deliberately "playing dumb" with some of their comments, leaving out key factors where it suits their agendas. It's not rocket-science to figure out why they would be doing that, imo.
