I agree with that initial comment. Yes there is a fundraise coming but the derampers are only spending so much time on here are only doing so because they too know that the new CEO is very likely turning things around.

Icecool, it's almost like you are scared to death that anything other than your own beliefs, to the point of an obsessive need to defend them minute by minute, are beyond consideration. If your 'beliefs' in the science are as solid as you so fearfully profess then surely the need to comment (defend against others) as much as you do would not be required in the face of such confidence? "The FUD crew" / "line of attack?" You are sounding totally paranoid and, if there was an Avacta FUD Scale for posters, think how you view Wyndrum and co at one end, and you might then realise how you are cominf across as being at the other end. It can sometimes just be debate.

I wouldn't argue with that, Wyn, but I am willing to give CC the benefit of the doubt. I have long felt that too many posters on here have tried to avoid mention of AV6K efficacy, continually redirecting mention of it towards "safety" (overly so), something that's already well and truly proven. I don't think we should underestimate CC's statement about those in the lab having been working their butts off over the past couple of months (since AS's departure), probably through necessity. Her current "pipeline enthusiasm" suggests to me that they have managed to turn things around and have very likely come up with a much better product(s). We'll know by the end of this month.

Agree, PL. Probably more of a "I told you so" on my first point to those who tried to shoot me down. Enough said.

Having asked the question, "Would it be fair to say that CC is far more enthusiastic about the pipeline than AVA600?" several days before the presentation and having been belittled by a couple of the more gobby types on here, I'm going to go one stage further. I can't help but wonder if this "necessary shift" was what prompted AS's departure. I think CC's trying clear up / rescue some sort of mess on the AVA6K front that hasn't been made public.

Mcsquares, agree. The volumes were interesting today, with buys having been up at one stage in the morning and then a fairly harsh turnaround.

I think a level of maturity and cool heads are what's required in these circumstances. Whilst others may resort to panic and fear, whilst blood flows across our board, I'd like to think that others amongst us are able to master those emotions and present ourselves as leaders of men who show calm and tranquility to others less balanced - especially when we're facing this never ending spiral of death!!!! OMG!! Think of the children! Are we gonna die? My poor cat!! Help me!....anyone?!
