M&S is rock-solid, imo, but I will be waiting to see what is happening by the time of the Spring forecast which will take place on Wednesday 26 March. The US picture may well have improved by then but where the UK is concerned I'll be keeping my powder dry in the interim. There's certainly no rush.

PastyC, it might also have something to do with the fact that IAG is a component of the FTSE 100 which performed reasonably well across the board today, certainly relative to our lesser markets which headed rapidly south.

True, Hants, but while that LFT farce was "developing" (very s l o w l y), Myles's name was often being uttered in hushed tones with reverence by many who naively jumped on the bandwagon, something that he did nothing to discourage. He also continued reference said "thesis" on several occasions during the LFT period, incl. when the price dropped, and even produced a follow-up paper, based around the LFT. I was half expecting him to start posting from an ashram at the height of the hysteria, surrounded by his many AVCT followers. Sorry, but I'm with PL.

Hants, let's be honest here, AS was 'smoke n mirrors' and the actual reason for the SP rise was largely down to the herd instinct of the masses in relation to Myles's thesis. Many of us who made money did so largely through that paper and word of mouth thereafter.
