Shandypants2, many thanks for an interesting, reassurinng and informative reply.

I was invested in another similar "contrasting" company elsewhere at the time of the last submission but was watching this one closely. Rightly or wrongly, I just felt that POLX was not paying the level of attention to detail that an FDA submission merits. They just seemed to be taking it as a 'given'. Things like a lack of communication with shareholders and no recent online presentations from the CEO made me wary. Proactive info and responses seemed to be lacking too. They still haven't told us in any real detail about the reason behind the CRL (Yes, I know about the change of contractor but much of that seems to have been hearsay rather than from the horse's mouth). I am invested now but if we fail this time, especially on pretty basic technicals again, then they really don't deserve to be in business. I am hopeful they have grasped that.

SOooooo, Toddjustin, if in your opinion - but contrary to yesterday's RNS - this share is such a lost cause, why are you so obsessed with it - at least, judging by the length of time you spend stalking its investors? I can only think of one reason and we both know how it is NOT for the benefit of other LTH here ;-)

We hear about this cost of living crisis which will undoubtedly be affecting some of our poorest in society (and is why govt payments should be targeted to a greater extent) but the restaurants and bars that I visit are still full and other leisure outlets / events seem to be doing well. I do think that some will even take the view, We might as well take a holiday as what we save on our energy bill will help to pay for it! Retailers will not fair so well, imo.
