Isn't the problem with an S appeal that it could drag into the German litigation and the potentially serious repercussions that entails? I think Mintz are doing all they can to drive them towards a settlement.

I've been thinking about the government's intentions with this mini-budget and am more cynical than most, even as someone who leans towards conservatism. I am wondering if they are looking to time the economic 'sugar rush' to coincide with the next general election, two years down the line. As for what happens post sugar-rush......? Let's just say that I am not optimistic.

JohnBriggs, this will be my only post to you as I honestly do not believe we should be giving people such as yourself the oxygen of publicity. However, I'm genuinely curious about you and would be genuinely interested to hear from anybody who understands the rationale behind such individuals. Is your sole aim to deramp shares and undermine company shareholders because I genuinely cannot think of any other logical reason to tread these boards with such apparent bitterness towards a share which you suggest is doomed? That says to me that you can only feel it has something worthwhile to offer and you are looking to buy in cheaper?

Evanescent, interestingly, a poster with a different name on another board made a direct reference to a key part of the "discussion" between us on here. That very likely came from ToddJustin inder an alias or from an associate which suggests to me that this guy is either mentally deranged or is working as part of a pack. Either way, I would not argue with your character assessment :-)

seethreeIPO, I could not agree more - especially wherein some instances the individuals seem mentally deranged, posting written attacks aimed at undermining the SPs, company info or any signs of weakness amongst those invested. Possibly just a reflection of some of the nastier sides to human nature and those working to take from others.

Toddjustin, a weak attempt at avoiding answering my questions, so do read them again, including the specifics within the RNS that you are so concerned about.
And, to repeat again: If in your opinion - but contrary to yesterday's RNS - this share is such a lost cause, why are you so obsessed with it - at least, judging by the length of time you spend stalking its investors?
