Kenyan, not that you have but that reminds me of some guy who used to come on here yonks ago, telling us how he'd invested what was left of his whole pension after some previous really lousy investment decisions in other shares. Not sure if he was a wind-up merchant but it was a real hard-luck story that left you wondering if he might top himself through this being his last chance to recoup his losses. Anyway, I remember thinking at the time, I hope I never have cause to recount this story cos it'll bore the a-ss off anyone that sits here reading it :)) (It was true though, as PL and some others might remember.)

Scharnhorst, I've got to ask as you seem to have very definite opinions and only seem to have been posting here for three days with two of those being a Sat/Sun: Why are you here if your views within those posts have all been so negative towards ABDX and at one point you seemed to be suggesting we SHOULD look to litigate against the GLP? Not looking for an argument. I'm just curious.

Your point is fair but I still say that GLP could be slightly more magnanimous in view of how gobby they are when slinging wild allegations around publicly. Whilst accepting how dodgy and pathetic the Conservative government has been over the past few years, it'll be interesting to see how keen GLP is to bring other political parties to account.

I'm not even a shareholder here but I am fuming, having followed the story and believed Abingdon to be a decent and honest company throughout, as confirmed by the courts recently. The same cannot be said for the supposed Good Law Project (sic) who one might have thought would have had the decency and grace to remove their allegations from their website after the Judge's ruling. But no! As is so typical of their highly POLITICAL and bitter ilk they have chosen to further damage Abingdon's reputation by leaving them online. They are a "bitter bunch" at best and "deliberately arrogant" to go along with that, as reflected in the location of their fairly well hidden "court decision" blog - which IS NOT on their front page, unlike the allegations. Good luck, Abingdon! They lost, you won!

beinthelead, couldn't agree more. Too much time is often spent here discussing non avct related dross. Not this evening though. Good discussion.

I guess I'm asking the million dollar question ultimately: Is the cleaving working in humans as efficiently as it has in the lab? I'm in as an investor here but just wanted to get a feel for what others are thinking on this front. Thanks for engaging.

Would they be allowed to continue upping the dose through what I've suggested; where there was low toxicity but mimimal efficacy? IE if only limited Dox was released and AV6K was not as efficient as hoped for on the cleaving front? I am playing Devil's advocate and am aware of the very impressive in vivo results. I do appreciate the sensible replies.

Question - sincere but hopefully not too daft for the more knowledgeable on here: Why should we not think that AVA6000 has been minimally effective on the tumours in the cohorts and they are merely upping the doseage substantially in the hope of eventually reaching some worthwhile efficacy?
