It was hardly a hysterical reaction, just reflected the nature of your post with it's deliberately negative OTT title and the unsubstantiated content. It was a great post other than that :-)

Are the Directors in a closed period or could they buy shares at this time, as in, nudge nudge, wink wink - all's looking good here?

But what does it actually achieve other than to bring negativity to the board and add pressure to those most likely trying to get us a deal? The best thing you could do is to go and do something else to take your mind off things and set an RNS reminder alarm just in case.........

Can we please stop using headers like the one you introduced, Andy. It can cause unnecessary panic and is often used by derampers to do just that. I also suspect the volume would be far higher if people were "in the know".

I see where you're coming from, James, but I'd like to think "their own terms" will be matching ours IE A fair deal through them playing hardball, as potential partners will undoubtedly be doing.

Guys, apologies if this is a dumb question but nothing's stopped me asking them before. I'm confused through reading the following in the IC, within an article called, "Energy levy hiked as high prices set to continue":

"Alongside the higher levy, the Treasury has cut the investment allowance to 29 per cent from 80 per cent on new oil and gas spending. The existing 80 per cent allowance remains for green spending."

With that "cut" in mind, how does that affect the overall tax returns prospective partners will get from joining up with JOG? What is the overall tax return within any deal or, put another way, does this amount to 51% less than they would have got under Rishi's previous deal?

Midastouch2015, I think you and others on here might want to do a bit of research before resorting to the low-hanging-fruit of hurling insults because that's always easier. Tony Hetherington has helped tens of thousands of consumers, honestly, thoroughly and factually. I've followed his articles but have no other connection with the guy. However, I know enough to see how many of the comments on here are clearly based on total ignorance because (Oh, yes, this cliche will do) You can't handle the truth. I suggest you go away, read some of his content and the tell us exactly where his supposed LIBEL exists towards WIZZ (that'll be rather than SLANDER, as some other ignoramus on here suggested) and then explain any other reasons you may have for your personal attack upon his competence. You might be better directing your vitriol towards the Wizz Customer services department, evidently.

Much as I respect your knowledge and kudos on here, that is one of the most selfish, idiotic and ill-thought out comments I've ever read on these BBs, as I am sure most of the vulnerable in the country would concur. If it was arrived at through emotion (the only reason I can think of) then perhaps you might be wise to rethink your investment philosophy. And, no, I'm not a socialist.
