My knowledge is very limited relative to some on here but looking at other SP movements as part of the "Bigger Picture", isn't it worth bearing in mind that the biggest AIM share jumpers each day normally rise around 30-35%, 50% more rarely and 100% very rarely. They then almost always retrace. Not sure if it can be simplified to this extent but I'd be very pleasantly surprised if JOG surpassed that latter figure in this market.

Agree with your last line especially, only adding that my feeling where manipulation is concerned is how it tends to be the more brief "price movement" rather than longer term "price fixing" IE They'll drop it for the stop losses (often at the start of play), whilst sometimes blocking the ability to buy at those levels. That is manipulation.

No - but those MMs would be interested if a poster had picked up on some item of news from elsewhere which could affect the SP and they'd missed?

Doggy, looking at how TGR's SP has performed over the past 18 months - some would say unfairly - it'll take more than one Tweet. I too had expected it to do more.

FWIW I KNOW the MM's read the BBs and they'd be stupid not to. I remember in the early days here how I once cheekily typed how "The MM's can't get it up". There'd been a fair bit of banter and I suggesting an SP figure that was / had been just out of reach. Not only did someone on the board refer to one of the MM's by name (saying how he wouldn't be happy) but they took the bait (good humouredly), raised the SP to the figure I'd mentioned and brought it quickly back down again.

That said, I reckon people should filter Wyn if they don't like his posts but IMO he also speaks a lot of common sense.
