Timster, but as I understand a P1 trial the clinical staff would have stopped it if the drug is showing no material benefits.

Put it this way, rightly or wrongly and in very simplistic terms, I'd have expected an RNS long before now if the trial had failed.

Speculative, I know, but if the price floor is agreed tomorrow then I suspect we could see a deal being rolled out here quite quickly. It's not like our prospective partners do not know what's already on the table. Hopefully The Chancellor realises the importance of such a mechanism to avoid companies "gambling" (Why would they?!) with their finances when there is no need to through other rich pickings beyond the North Sea. Energy Security is equally paramount.

Rationale: We want a taxpayer funded standard of living........but the first thing we need to sort out is the wastage of those taxes through poor fiscal management at national and local levels. Perhaps then we can look at who should pay more.
