Inspirit Energy is pleased to announce the addition of Dr John Bannister to the senior
management team as a full time consultant to the Company and special advisor to the board.
Dr Bannister joins Inspirit from FLOW GROUP Plc (“Flow”) where he was head of New Technology
Development over the last 6 years, managing the certification process for Energetix Group plc (prior
to formation of Flow), which resulted in the first product certified for field trials in 2011. Recently at
Flow, Dr Bannister was responsible for the development and management of the Flow Boiler field
trials and for product verification and reliability testing.

In the nice diagram, further down the pages, comparing conventional energy production to the home with mCHP produced energy. A figure of 28% saving is produced. But the boiler is shown having an efficiency of 45/60 = 75%. A better comparison would be with a 90% efficient boiler – just like a modern boiler ! Redoing the sums would give 50 units into the boiler and the same 45 out

So giving 29/129 = 22.4%

Shows the Charger producing 75 % useful heat and 15% electricity. Now since we know it produce 15kW of heat and 3 kW of electricity at 90% efficiency, as shown, there must be 20 kW going into it. So after producing 15 kW of useful heat there must be 5 kW of waste power to run the Stirling engine. We know that produces 3 kW of electricity so it must have an efficiency of 60%. That leaves 2 kW of wasted power in accordance with the diagram. This is truly an amazing breakthrough, the designers should get the Noble prize for physics because hundreds of millions have been spent by the USA and others trying to achieve this and have failed.

But then the design team, those world renowned scientists, have then recently achieved something truly wondrous. They have produced 6 kW from the device and kept the 15 kW of heat and actually reduced the size of the unit. It would seem now they are producing 6 kW of heat from the 5 kW of waste heat – perpetual energy at long last.

Patents, patents, patents that has to be first priority before the ides get snaffled by others. After all this is world beating science.

What does what does ' up to 60%' and ' up to 1087 ' imply. Is the clean up done in stages and these were the best results obtained ??

From the INSP web site 21 May 2015 appointment of sales director. Previously 'worked ' at Ceramic Fuel Cells, another wonder product to convert gas to electricity. Read the LSE chat and follow the folding of that company into administration taking private investors money with them. This seems to be a most excellent way of fleecing the British public and others. This company is going the same way. It seems there is virtually no regulation in the city, the public pile money into companies in the naive and vain hope of making a fast buck. This whole mCHP boiler is worth a thorough investigation the money lost must run into hundreds of millions and not a cheep from the fraud squad. READ THE COMPANY WEB SITE AND DO SOME CURSORY DIGGING - at the very least before you give your money away.

Had a read of INSP web site tonight, it's truly staggering that people are taken in by the waffle on there. I followed Flowgroup for a long time since the concept of a game changing boiler was enticing but never invested. It was obvious that you couldn't extract energy from nowhere. The company folded, unfortunately a record of what was promised doesn't seem to be available any longer. I see the same hand at work here, the issue of more and more shares, delays because of improvements to the design, trials but no results, entering into agreements with production manufacturers, certification, debt consolidation, more shares issued etc etc etc. Please look at the info on the web site, its same old stuff year after year. Sealed for life, what exactly is the expected life of the boiler, maybe if it has a 10 year life then possibly! Before you invest in the company do a bit of digging. I predict this will boiler will not become a viable proposition. Oh and I don't think anyone ever got to see the Flowgroup boiler after millions were invested by gullible private investors.

I've been following the saga at Flowgroup (FLOW), the RNS statements pumped out by them have left shareholders with nothing. It appears that £50,000,000 was raised over several tears and nothing produced. The idea that there is some 'recourse' for flase or incorrect RNS statements is very tenuous. I was almost suckered in myself, previously I have lost on Memory Corp (Torridon) and Torotrak.

Just returned from a walk along the beach and seen the message. Have just added my 160,000 to the cause.

One of the functions of the non exec is to provide advice, so they need to know what's going on. Perhaps not the day to day but certainly advice on TorP deals or dealing with overseas customers would be something they could provide input to. Of course they may simply be there as a name or they may have great contacts. Money for old rope springs to mind.

LL Thanks. So I assume our financial year begins in April since the annual report came out at the end of April ?

A simple question - when second quarter or third quarter etc. is talked about, is that the year beginning January or April ?

There seems to be a lot of block buying in lumps of 25,000, 50,000 and 100,000 shares over the last few weeks. Seems to be odd considering there appears to be little to look forward to, unless someone is amassing a goodly lump of shares on the cheap ?
