i'll answer my own question.
Yes it's possible to create 3D pressure vessels using Carbon Fibre technology. But what about the redesign of everything inside the engine casting ? you can't shrink the casing without impacting whats inside. Thanks for insightful remarks or is it inciteful not sure of the spelling, you are a credit to this board.

Does this mean they created an engine casting using a 3D printer?? and then passed a specification for steel vessels ??????? Can someone please explain

....the Company has continued with focusing on the improvements to the design of the Company's Inspirit Charger that incorporates the Stirling engine technology; accordingly we have successfully created a smaller prototype of the Stirling engine casting using modern 3 D printing methods with our partners in Poland. This has passed PD 5500/2018 and as a result, has provided a favourable outcome at reduced cost and greater efficiencies.

PD 5500:2018 is the latest specification for unfired fusion welded pressure vessels. It covers vessels manufactured from carbon, ferritic alloy and austenitic steels, aluminium, copper and nickel. PD 5500 applies to equipment designed to BS 5500 or PD5500, in use outside of the EU or manufactured under the Pressure Equipment Directive.

While I'm on the subject why was there an RNS simply for a demonstration ?
This won't affect the share price, I thought a RNS related to significant events that could have an impact on the share price.
A contract isn't going to be signed on the demonstration of a plastic model.
Most of INSP RNS statements are just waffle.

How about a demonstration of the boiler to shareholders ?
Perhaps not practical, so in lieu of how about some information on the trials that were promised years ago ?
How does it work in those millions of 3 bed-semis their promo pushes. Nice summers evening burning the gas to watch tele, where is the hot water going ?
This cannot be a viable domestic device. For a world leading boiler product, it keeps a very low profile. I guess we'll never know when it comes on sale. Why are they showing plastic models, where is the real thing to impress the Swedes. There must be lots lying around because the device was in production, allegedly, in 2008 according to a RNS. Some problem with the web site, perhaps they haven't paid the bill.
I'm sure there will be news of a successful demonstration of a bit of plastic. That will string things along for another year and the punters will still be no wiser .....commercial confidentiality always a good ruse. Meanwhile you ... no, the rest of us will be asking what happened to the charger.

The old CO did go out of business not because they were trying to copy the Inspirit technology. Inspirit OBTAINED the technology FROM the old company.

News is news and products are products and only one of those makes money.

People have been waiting at least since 2007. But in fact the fantastic news was announced in 2008, that's when the boiler went into production. Don't you read my posts? Its not far below this one. Get out and buy one tomorrow !!

Filter away boys but you can't stop the honest investor looking up the words for themselves. You cant filter the internet for them. All I recommended is people read up on this so called disruptive device.

AND....... do the CCGTs claim to produce 6 kW electricity from 5 kW of waste heat. I'll rephrase that since you seem to have trouble with that statement. Do the CCGTs produce more electrical power out than the power going in ?
