" ... The chips have had to be revers engineered to work out where inside the chip you place/target the software ..."
One thing I do know - there is no software inside an ASIC. Perhaps if you stretch the concept then you could create your microprocessor in an ASIC ! But the concept of the ASIC is to slim your hardware algorithm to the minimum and throw away your general purpose hardware. A bit like ripping a family saloon to make a racer.
"...All of the Company’s current efforts are now focused on turning Methods A, B and C, into commercial products. This has proved a very time consuming, due to the tremendous reverse engineering efforts involved in using totally undocumented third-party ASIC chips“
Can anyone explain why 3rd party ASIC chips have to be reverse engineered ?
If QBT has a unique algorithm then why is the hardware solution not being transfered to their own ASIC solution. Where does the 3rd party ASIC do for QBTs solution.
Since QBTs are now expending all their efforts on turning out commercial products how did they test their algorithm ? I assume a software solution running on fast general purpose computers. Alternatively does the QBT algorithm presort data then pump the results into someone else's ASIC to give that a speed advantage ?
Does anyone understand this gobbledegook?

Mr. Booker take note of the dictionary take on ' manufacture'
'to produce goods in large numbers, usually in a factory using machines'
After 4 years of achieving nothing I think the interpretation we can place on your use of manufacture is:
invent (evidence or a story).
"claims that the entire row had been manufactured by the press"
It was just a story for the poor mugs that bought in to this never ending project.

So Mr. Booker, it's now 4 years on, what did you achieve for the manufacture and testing of THE CHARGER at the polish site ?
What did you achieve for the investors here that believe what you write here ?
It would appear that you and the brilliant engineering minds achieved absolutely nothing in 4, yes thafs FOUR long years.
Was that because you didn't include a workshop until 2 years later or was it because you are actually doing nothing?
Nothing as in NOTHING !
I wouldn't sell now. £25 is a safe base, the upside from here looked looks very promising. I think BHP are continuing to buy and the big holders are saying £25 is not enough so it should continue to rise. For once it looks like a safe bet !
Are BHP building a big holding but under 30% to push the vote in favour of accepting a miserly offering. It seems to be working, they are hoovering up share at £25 and the shareholders are giving them away. I guess the price will begin to rise as they buy up 15-20% or so and quick profit takers depart. I also guess it depends on what percentages are in 'safe' hands !

2 YEARS LATER JOHN GUNN WRITES
RNS 31 March 2022
" In late 2021 .... Inspirit also set up a workshop facility in Poland"
So investors are supposed to believe that in early 2020 a manufacturing and test facility was set up in Poland. For almost 2 years this "facility" didn't have a workshop. I guess one day one of the brilliant engineering minds went looking for a hammer. He returned 3 months later after wandering the streets of Poland and said to another brilliant engineering mind " Erm, actually where is the workshop? ". It seems Paul Booker forgot to include a workshop in the manufacturing and test facility.
It would be easy to say you couldn't make it up but someone does !
Show some evidence that ANYTHING exists inspirit.
The Polish Test and Development facility !
The Helix Accelerator !
The Test Engine used for testing the WHR system !
The WHR system !

The fabled Workshop
The 300 kW unit must be well advanced after 4 years hard work by the brilliant engineering minds. Or, maybe its just a pipedream ?
I'm tired of looking at the failed 2008 Disenco Stirling on your Web site.

Projects that in-spirit have said they have embarked upon over the last few years ? Whatever embarked upon means.
Believe what you will.

Where is the Charger ?
Where is Charger certification ?
Where is the Volvo demonstration?
Where is the 2kW mchp?
Where is the solar application?
Where is the automotive division ?
Where is the refrigeration application ?
Where is the 300 kW standalone application ?
Where is the workforce ?
Where is the factory ?
Where is the 11.38 kW application ?
Where is the gasification application discussions

After 4 years without an update/progress report we can consign that RNS info to the fantasy project file. Simply wishful thinking by In-spirit.
