If anyone is interested, you can calculate a 80 kW alternator from the data sheet given here, it provides weights for the gen set and the motor separately. The alternator weighs over 600 kg.
Once you get to these output power levels you don't provide them as after market add-ons to refrigerated diesel powered vehicles, you NEED an articulated vehicle to transport them !!!
Here is a nice 100 kW Genset
https://hyundaipowerequipment.co.uk/hyundai-100kw-125kva-three-phase-diesel-generator-dhy125kse
Admittedly this includes the engine to drive the alternator. The gross weight is 1570 kg. If we simply guess the alternator makes up a 1/3 of the weight, then the 100 kW alternator weighs 500 kg .
Try and stick that in the 2008 Disenco Stirling shown on the In-spirit Web site !
RNS 13 Feb 2023:
" As per the Company announcement of 2 November 2021, early-stage discussions were held with Enertek regarding assisting Inspirit in developing the potential for the Inspirit Charger to become hydrogen powered backwards compatible. Given the Company's focus on its ongoing work with Volvo marine engines, these discussions have not progressed and given Paul's appointment to the Board are now not expected to continue. Should any future arrangement be considered this will be reviewed independently and disclosed appropriately.
Once and for all - the Charger cannot be powered by Hydrogen.
Correct your website and stop publishing incorrect information, which by your own statements is not true. It's been going on years.
There's zero evidence anything has actually happened in the last few years. Even in the last final results they are claiming.
" The Company is also currently pursuing the development and commercialisation of a world-leading micro-Combined Heat and Power ("mCHP") boiler for use in commercial and residential markets. The mCHP boiler is powered by natural gas or hydrogen ..."
There has been no developments for the mCHP i.e. The Charger for god knows how long, as for running off Hydrogen completely incorrect. They have previousle issued a RNS claiming to have ceased discussions with Enertek to make the Charger Hydrogen capable. I wont claim its a lie because drivel like this occurs when you cut and paste previous drivel. It's simply laziness, they can't be bothered to spend any time to make correct statements. There's no effort or professionalism of any sort by these people.
RNS 14 August 2023:
" ... John Gunn, Chairman, commented: "The board of Inspirit has previously mentioned and still have no doubt that the technology the Company has developed could have a significant impact on applications within the automotive industry where manufacturers seek to enhance performance from the recovery and electrification of waste heat."
So just to add and clarify to what I have pointed out, it's all about electrification of waste heat I.e. using an alternator to turn energy, the motion of the Stirling engine into electricity - yes ?
For that In-spirit use an alternator, now to produce an ouput of 97 kW that requires a massive alternator weighing not tens of kg but 100s of kg.
If you Google 100 kW alternators you'll find they are bigger than the so called WHR system shown on the In-spirit Web site. Exactly how a 100 kW alternator could fit into the device shown there is an impossibility.
As for a 130 kW alternator !
Believe Google or believe In-spirit, your choice but one thing is for certain In-spirit won't be showing photos of their 100kW alternator nor providing any sensible data.
Lets pause for thought here and consider the following
In-spirit claim their WHR system will produce 130 kW but they don’t clarify what that means, they continually fail to provide sensible data. Some investors think that it's waste heat from a D13 exhaust converted to 130 kW of electricity. In-spirit themselves, on their website, continue to be vague by writing “ The pictures below are stage one of the … the company has been working on whereby waste heat exhaust is recycled and converted to energy”
Note well, it says energy and not electricity. But if its not electricity then what is it? Heat is my bet. Hang about, what has been achieved - waste heat converted to heat! No, a sane man would expect it to be converted to electricity. So we’ll go along with that – yes?
So the device has already been proved, at least by In-spirit, to “…consistently perform and produce a peak output of 97 kW” (RNS 16 March 2023)
What is 97 kW ? The average home in the UK needs about 10 kWh of energy and that’s a generous figure. That’s 10 single bar electric fires (1 kW) running for one hour every day or 417 W for 24 hours a day.
So, In-spirit’s stage 2 WHR system running off a diesel Volvo D13 Genset can power 97,000 W/ 417 W = 232 homes !!!!
So, if and when stage 3 comes along and produces “ … the unit is targeted to achieve its intended performance of 131 kW ( from the latest RNS) then 314 homes can be powered from a single Volvo Genset.
In-spirit’s figures suggest that villages and small towns could be powered from a few carefully distributed D13 Gensets !
Mien Gott - the world’s energy problems have been solved !
But, ask yourself why: the government, scientific community, power companies, investment banks and Elon Musk have not bought into the In-spirit story. Only you have handed over your money and I'm sorry to have to say - waved it goodbye !
Well nothing worth getting excited about.. In-spirit are obviously finding it more and more difficult to dream up progress reports that actually indicate any real progress.
Must have taken all of 10 mins to write that update. As usual we have the old discussion drivel, always good to fill in a few lines.
And of course we have:
"the unit is targeted to achieve its intended peak
performance of 131kW"
131 kW of exactly what - nobody knows, you can be sure it's not 130 kW of electricity.
Notice how they can now manage to write kW correctly, obviously spent time reading this board.
Not long to go now before this folds or delists.
Well done Maidit, I noted your ranting on COPL recently. You have finally realised what little chance you have to make money on AIM. The odds are stacked against you.
In one of your post you said there should be laws against what was being done. There are laws, the crime is fraud. The chances of proving it are remote, the city, government and the law industry feed of punters like you, the little nobody that is bled dry. The innocents and naive that belies in justice and fair play.
Get real and stay real. Welcome to the club.

"
Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt is a manipulation tactic that spreads a negative sentiment around an asset. This is done to cause a drop in asset prices. Just the rumor of a possible event negatively affecting the price of a coin can cause FUD. People sometimes may take things out of context or exaggerate a piece of information to create a fake buzz and manipulate investors to sell. The more disastrous something could possibly be, the greater the fear surrounding it, and the more it becomes a target for people to spread FUD."
Therefore giving rampers further opportunity to buy more shares at cheaper prices. !
Why do rampers, who pretend to be ardent supporters of a share, spend so much time denouncing derampers when they are helping you make a fortune?
Perhaps it's because the rampers don't really believe at all.
Unfortunately Goingto moon doesn't have a single sensible thing to say. He simple.ply keeps repeating the line " this company and John Gunn are amaznng"
Everyone here that have bought shares now knows that is just mindless and immature drivel.
There is no information over that last 10 years that this company has achieved anything but failed RNS.
It's kept JG in pocket money.
From the In-spirit Web site,
" Our alternator design has been specifically engineered for our solution and is unlike any other available on the market today."
Total rubbish
Where is the Patent Number ?
Where are the photos ?
Where is the performance data?
How does a 130 kW alternator fit into the 2008 Disenco Stirling shown on the Web site and claimed to be:
" The pictures below are stage one of the Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) System, which is a major component in the application for the Volvo Marine engine "
Member that device shown was fitted with a 3 kW alternator. Even a 30 kW alternator would not fit in it.
Show some proof of what you claim In-spirit. Why are you hiding your glorious achievements ?
Goingtomoon:
It's the same old drivel on the website. Waffle about hydrogen, what has that got to do with Inspirit. The same old photos of the 2008 Disenco Stirling engine pretending to be the phase 1 WHR system for Volvo.
The device shown could only produce 3 kW of electricity, it sent Disenco bust.
Volvo would laugh Inspirit out of town if they turned up with that pile of junk. But you'll never see a demonstration to Volvo because inspirit have nothing of worth to Volvo.
The 10 month holiday for Inspirit says everything you need to know.
