Building up stock! Would have thought a major player like you would be jumping in with both feet.
£5000 here £10,000 there
You certainly had plenty of time to build up your stake but we haven't seen any TR-1 so the build up must be quite slow. Obviously you don't want to signal to the market that you and your investor friends will be launching a takeover!
Excuse me but I'm a tad sceptical.
Deltalo:
The first paragraph on the In-spirit website says
" Delivering cost-effective and scalable energy solutions though exceptional engineering."
The very first word is incorrect, they've never delivered a thing in over a decade.
Look at the photos of the Stage 1 WHR system. Nothing but a dusty failed Disenco Stirling, languishing in a storeroom in God knows where. This device could only pump out 3.2 kW of electricity and about 18 kW of thermal but NOT at the same time.
You think that and it's cooling system AND control system is going in truck ?
Reality is not a strong point for the average investor here, dream on !
A 10 month delay while they ponder whether to fold this pointless project or not.
So what happened to the Charger? The great and world class mCHP that was going to provide for all those thousands and thousands of replacement boilers in Europe. Gone and totally forgotten.
A joke at investors expense. The same joke played out by all the rampers here
News soon I've been hearing that for years and years.
The Volvo trial, fast disappearing into Never Never land, where all the other projects live !
Deltalo:
Your going to saturate the board with what, more baseless wishful thinking no doubt.
Perhaps you should take note of what In-spirit themselves say, if you can believe anything they say
From the 2023 Final Results .
" ... The team have continued to carry out longevity testing on stage one and two of the WHR system and it is now projected that should be completed by between mid to end of the 2nd quarter of 2024." Note nothing said about phase 3.
So end of June they will finish stage 1 and 2 testing BUT what about stage 3 - the 130 kW imaginary output. So more testing no doubt.
Of course we have to bear in mind more money to be raised because the last £200000 hasn't gone very far, has it?
So more dilution for you and all the investors (cough) you are going to bring in.
Dug:
Reading your last 2 posts leads me to think - not another AIM gravy train !
Is the actually PSE test beyond reproach. I know it hasn't been accepted yet and requires further trials. But I presume (hope) the science has been proved in a fully credible study with associated peer reviewed papers. Who has led the research up to this point ?
Deltalo
"... The Company is in discussions with potential strategic technology partners with experience in the CHP market and will announce any agreed collaboration once we have finalised budgets and timings."
Perhaps they should announce they actually have a working system and then tell the world what it actually pumps out and under what conditions ??
Finalised budgets and timings .... waffle waffle waffle
What's wrong with TV, cut out all the middlemen. A good advert has to be worth its weight in gold. Don't they advertise pregnancy testing?
Beauty industry must make millions selling snake oil to women to preserve their beauty !
Winloseordraw1:
Wrote " ... , as confirmed through internal testing undertaken by the R&D team. QBT expects that this encouraging result will (once the porting of Method B on the mining rig firmware has been completed), "
So is this company creating firmware to run on mining rigs or is it designing ASICS to compete with Intel Blockscale. Is it reverse engineering existing ASICs
Is it selling or licensing the IP ?
Is it attempting all of the above ?
What is it trying to do ? Surely someone can put an unbiased summary together !
Bobsocks:
I take a slight interest in this share. I've just watched that link you posted, FG waffling on about new ASIC chips. Why do QBT have to study ASIC chips ? Surely the algorithm they have is then converted to a digital design 'ported' and implemented in their own ASIC of choice presumably the fastest/economic they can get their hands on. Its their choice of ASIC.
What on earth is he on about reverse engineering new chips. ASICs contain someone's design they are complex and certainly not going to be bodged to run your design. If you want flexibility you use FPGA but they run slower.
I agree with you, vague ambiguous waffle a sure sign of a poor investment. As a potential investor I just seeo another AIM eternal project.
Neill777:
So if 21% is a big percentage then if I remember my sums correctly, isn't 79% a lot bigger percentage.
And 79% is the amount of shares mainly in PI hands, the only people daft enough to buy in. There are no institutions or big holders. Just a load of desperate people trying to get out. Now, as with most of these AIM companies, the spikes get smaller and smaller as realisation dawns. So you will need to invest more to make any decent sort of profit from your ramping best of luck.
Deltalo:
So the board owns 21%, thanks for that figure.
Who owns the other 79% ?
79% of 6.27 Billion = 4.95 B
4.95 BILLION shares available to be bought and sold on at any time.
You guys are full of misinformation now that you've bought in and trying to create a spike. Just pump and dump merchants.

So no Volvo trial for 6 months, even then it will probably be a further few months testing the stage 3 system. Then there is the ongoing discussions with the anonymous parties
" The Company is in discussions with potential strategic technology partners with experience in the CHP market and will announce any agreed collaboration once we have finalised budgets and timings."
Perhaps the company could pivot back to mCHP with the now dead in the water Charger.
When said and done, there will be no trial with Volvo. But credit where credit is due, the Volvo letter of Support has helped string this out a long long way.
Good morning. Sun is up birds singing .
I owe an apology! Here's me been thinking that the next deadline is the end of March, a 7 month delay as stated in the August 2023 update
" ... and it is now projected that should be completed by the 1st quarter of 2024."
But I overlooked this snippet in the Final Results in December 2023
" ... The team have continued to carry out longevity testing on stage one and two of the WHR system and it is now projected that should be completed by between mid to end of the 2nd quarter of 2024."
Its going to be 10 Months of doing nothing !The next deadline is the end of JUNE 2024.
That is awesome, the audacity of the company to do nothing for 10 months is simply awesome. For sure In-spirit must be leading the way for other AIM companies to follow. To borrow the parlance of Goingtomoon "John Gunn is amazing"
Neil777:
Indeed silence does speak, what does it indicate about the hundreds of investors locked into this failure ? Many having been here years watching the passing months and years eroding their investment.
More to come I predict
