News has been due since around 2014. Production was starting in 2016 according to John Gunn, still waiting for news of that. But more sensibly, the Swedish trip probably won't generate news. It was simply a demonstration, using a model, to a prospective customer according to a RNS. At the speed Inspirit works it may be several years before you hear anything has developed from that trip.

It's always amazes me that Joe Public owns a huge part of companies, either directly or via pension funds, yet only only a small few get to know what's going on. Email the company again and again, get your monies worth before it's too late. I spirit are very good at issuing a RNS which offers a teaser of things to come, when it comes to following up they rarely deliver. I ask why do they issue a statement for a business trip to Sweden, to simply demonstrate a model? The reality is a tangible outcome is very unlikely based upon some city slicker demonstrating a plastic model to a real manufacturing outfit. Mr. Gunn if it's worth mentioning your off to Sweden on a Jolly then surely a RNS stating you actually went and demonstrated would be equally worth mentioning.
When I put it like that and look back at the hype and spin that was generated by 'the trip' you realise how nebulous these RNS statements can be.

Since the company departed to Poland it would appear there are no facilities to design, test, research, build or manufacture. Since there are no employees to carry out those functions then premises are perhaps irrelevant. Just what does the company have to give it any value ??

Agreed but it creates the illusion people are interested and are trading. Definitely a herd mentality on the markets, thousands of punters hoping to get rich quick. Occasionally one or two shares pay out in a big way but the vast majority of investors eventually lose over time. There are just too many unknowns that suddenly appear from nowhere - bolts from the blue, the chosen few benefit but Joe Public hasn't a clue. For example:

A cynic like myself might think that buys and sells are being carried out to create interest in this share. It only takes a few quid to create the illusion.

When and how does it produce the power ? Under what conditions does it produce electricity at UP TO 4 times cheaper than the grid ?
"If you have a demand for heat, it will also provide you with electricity ... " and if you have no demand for heat ???? In the summer does power have to be bought from the grid when the boiler does not producing heat ?
I think customers would be interested in a few facts.

The Home Power Plant made by Disenco was trialed by the Carbon Trust in 2007 - 13 years ago !!! When Disenco went into administration it was bough up by Somemore and a license then granted to Inspirit to develop and commercialise the device. The HPP appears to have morphed into the charger and it's still not on the shelves. Disenco were claiming 15 kW and 3 kW of electricity 13 years ago, it's only recently that the story has been upgraded.

I think what you are trying to say is three phase is 415 V and single phase is 240 V. They are the same thing but measured differently.

A 3 phase supply will consist of three supply lines each of magnitude 240 V rms or 315 v peak. No one ever mentions rms when talking of 240 V mains . The three lines will be out of phase by 120 degrees. The voltage difference when measured between any two lines (or phases) will by 415 V.

Any of the lines measured between the line and neutral will be 240 V.
