As set out in the Company's half year report, the Company has been working to advance its microCHP boiler towards commercialisation. To this end, improvements to the design of the Company's Stirling engine technology, including simplification as part of the 'design for manufacture' ("DFM") process, have resulted in a peak electrical output in excess of 3.2kW of electricity against the unit's benchmark output of 3.0kW, whilst maintaining the same fuel input and heat output.

COMMERCIALISATION AND PROGRESS

This has been another progressive year for the Company where our mCHP boiler is getting closer to commercialisation. The Company has during the period widened sales and marketing as part of the process of ensuring that our distribution partners are in place ahead of commercial launch.

The Company has received a UK and EU trademarks to protect the name "INSPIRIT CHARGER" as the name for our mCHP boiler.

The Company also announced it entered into a collaboration agreement with the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) to produce a formal peer review, by evaluating Inspirit's micro-CHP boiler, the "Inspirit Charger", against other micro-CHP products currently available in the market. CIBSE provide project management, execution and implementation in order to gather the data necessary to produce a report. The Company will provide access to its field trial data as well as offering technical and commercial guidance. It is expected that the final report will be published by the end of 2017.

We remain focused on small commercial boiler rooms as our launch market where the Inspirit Charger will have greatest impact in the shortest time and we continue to see substantial interest in adopting our technology amongst key potential customers.

The Inspirit Charger has now completed several internal trials with thousands of hours of rigorous testing and the Company has demonstrated that the appliance will meet not only market requirements, but also our quality objective of creating a product which is "sealed for life". "Sealed for life" means that the Stirling engine, which is at the heart of the unit, requires no maintenance during its lifetime and that the appliance as a whole requires no more servicing than is required on a standard modern gas condensing boiler. This obviates the need to build a significant support infrastructure, being able to rely instead on the existing UK base of some 50,000 Gas Safe accredited gas engineers.Results

Enertek International, based in Hull, is our partner for independent third party testing and is one of only two UK based engineering laboratories capable of fully testinGg microCHP appliances. The results of the tests will allow the Inspirit Charger to obtain certification for field trials, which are due to commence in Q2 2016. These are necessary steps the Company must take in order to prove its product reliable and safe ahead of market launch.

yes a boiler has been built and will be sent to Enertek in January 2016

And, whatever happened to the verification boiler, did it ever get built, did it ever get tested ????? Did it get accredited by Enertek. Did it achieve conformance to the European Gas Appliance Directive ????

RNS: 15 June 2015 6 months later, after a significant investment for the commercial design. We have the following:
Inspirit Energy Holdings plc, the AIM listed developer of micro combined heat and power boilers, is pleased to announce that it has commenced construction of its first verification unit boiler.

The verification unit is currently being assembled at the Company's Sheffield development facility and, following final in-house testing, will be shipped to the independent international consultants, Enertek International Ltd ("Enertek") (www.enertekinternational.com) for testing conformance with the European Gas Appliance Directive. Enertek specialise in product research, design, development and certification. The purpose of this testing is to accredit the unit for field trial deployment in a commercial, potential customer setting, outside of a laboratory environment.

BIT LATE IN THE DAY, TO BE VERIFYING THE COMMERCIAL DESIGN. SIGNIFICANT INVESTMENT WAS MADE FOR TOOLING 6 MONTHS EARLIER.

Filter away son, but it doesn't stop other investors reading the company RNS statements from the last few years and making their own choices. The total lack of feed back on the many vague statements they've made says a lot about the company.

Certainly a gamble when you invest on a whim and a prayer and refuse to acknowledge facts and common sense.

At the AGM remember to ask what entity owns the elusive patents and also those pending. Since John Gunn hasn't told you !!

The Group requires financing to fund its operations through to revenue generation. There is the risk that the Group will not have access to sufficient funds to achieve this. The Group seek to mitigate through forecast preparation and monitoring.

Ask at the AGM where does it get the energy from to give 6.4 kW of electrical output WHILST MAINTAINING 15 kW of thermal ouput.

The boiler is 75% efficient so it needs 20 kW in to give 15 kW.

However, the delays have brought about vast improvements and efficiencies that has led the Charger to obtain peak electrical output in excess of 6.4kW of electricity during a running cycle of 2,000 hours against the unit's previous output of 3.0kW, whist maintaining 15kW thermal output and a 20% reduction in the size of the appliance to below 800mm.

6.4 kW of electricity WHILST MAINTAINING 15 kW OUTPUT. ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE with 20 kW input

A prototype of the appliance has been independently tested and shown to be capable of simultaneous generation of up to 15kW thermal and up to 3kW electrical output.

You assume there is something existing to make the company profitable. I'm sure John Gunn has found the company quite profitable over the past decade or so. The next step is to raise more money for the imminent production. That's your share diluted once more.
