The Company has since negotiated agreements with a number of other significant corporate clients to take trial units into their facilities. Further announcements will be made during the year.
WHAT HAPPENED ???????????????????????????????????????
At this juncture the company has agreed with Enertek International ("Enertek"), which is based in Hull and is one of only two engineering laboratories capable of fully testing microCHP appliances in the UK, that the appliance will be delivered to them in the second half of January 2016 for independent third party testing. This will allow Enertek to acquire certification for field trial use in real world installations such as commercial plant rooms and domestic properties.
Enertek will complete safety and performance testing during January and February prior to EC Certification via BSI Certification which involves testing the appliance to European Standards covering gas safety, electrical safety and thermal/electrical efficiency. Once certified to the relevant European Directives the Inspirit Charger will be released for field trials.
WHAT HAPPENED - Certification, did Enertek deliver. Something to crow about surely ?????????
5 In February 2010 Disenco Ltd was placed into administration. The business and assets of Disenco were purchased out of administration by Somemore Ltd, which has granted an exclusive license to a new company, Inspirit Energy Ltd, to use the intellectual property to continue the development and commercialisation of the Disenco micro-CHP unit.

Probably the Charger did not get produced because if you really intended to make a production quantity - lets say 1,000 then you have to spend real money at Β£1000 a shot that's Β£1,000,000 - serious s**t .
I guess the plate spinning had to stop at that point. That's when Walter Mitty encountered the real world
So it was back to redesign and get the plates wound up again

So tell me, what you make of his interview on youtube when he stated production was starting ...... in 2016 ??????
It didn't start because it cannot deliver the performance. It is not commercial. Without storage capacity it's a waste of time. It will cost a fortune to buy if it ever gets built. The heater side is only 75% efficient which doesn't nearly compare with the latest condensing boilers - up to 95% ,;even if they claim it did, there would be virtual no waste heat to drive the Stirling engine hence the electrical output would be minuscule. In the summer you will burn a lot of gas to create electricity, the heat will be wasted unless you have a very large swimming pool. Without auxiliary systems this system will never replace the millions of combi boilers.
RNS: 27 October 2014Inspirit Energy's new washing machine-sized mCHP micro co-generation boiler is one of the industry's most powerful and energy efficient mCHP appliances for its size with simultaneous generation of up to 15 kilowatts of thermal output and up to 3 kilowatts of electrical output. The appliance's patented engine will take the waste heat from the boiler and convert it efficiently in to electricity; first supplying your own property and feeding surplus electricity into the national grid. That makes the Stirling Engine 60% efficient not even NASA has managed that. Now it produces 6.4 kW = 128% efficient IMPOSSIBLE

... if it does come to pass that we get that contract, from Sweden as expected they will start telling everyone that they are holding a few mill to hide there embarrassment.... mark my words...

... In 2020 we expect to produce our first unit with the assistance of our engineering partner in Poland. The success of the unit will allow us to have a unit ready for batch production.
We EXPECT TO PRODUCE OUR FIRST UNIT Says it all - expect !
What happened to the previous units back in 2016 when production was beginning. What happened in the trials and testing and certification - not a word that's what.
