I guess 5 years ago you just appeared from nowhere on this board. Until a couple of weeks ago I didn't t know this company existed.
What you don't seem to grasp is the FLOW story is ongoing - HERE RIGHT NOW.
You know when people write DYOR, well reading the boards is part of that. Not being suckered in by the wild expections is also part of it. SOLO is another company I've followed for a lot longer. It also looks like I've saved myself some money there. But, I lost money on Torotrak after following their story for several years. I'm far from being a great investor but I'm beginning to catch on after about 30years, I think Britoil was my first investment. You still have a bit catching up to do - as you say Death or Glory!!

See my post Sunday 20:33 and explain how they can produce over 6 kW of electricity from only 5 kW of waste heat. Now, many investors reading this will know you can't create energy from nothing, it is simply impossible since. Where has this claim been independently verified or tested ?

Tell me where I've gone wrong.

Batting for both sides? I think you misunderstand my posts!
Just to make sure you understand, I have no shorts and I certainly wouldn't buy into this company. Trying to prevent
others losing money as they did in FLOW. Initially I followed the FLOW story for many months but realised they were claiming to create electricity from nothing., via some fancy scroll impeller thing. They strung investors along with lots of claims such as production units, huge potential markets, certification, trials, applying the technology to other sectors etc etc. Eventually the truth caught them up. They ended up paying Jabil 4 million to escape their contract. Don't believe me look it up. In fact don't believe a word I say LOOK IT UP. If you cant be bothered to spend an hour on the internet then you deserve to lose your money. Unfortunately the whole sorry story seems to have disappeared from LSE but maybe the story will still be present on other boards. If you are a genuine private investor Good luck, I think you will need it.

Inspirit Energy is pleased to announce the addition of Dr John Bannister to the senior
management team as a full time CONSULTANT to the Company and special advisor to the board. Dr Bannister joins Inspirit from FLOW GROUP Plc (“Flow”) where he was head of New Technology Development over the last 6 years, managing the certification process for Energetix Group plc (prior to formation of Flow), which resulted in the first product certified for field trials in 2011. Recently at Flow, Dr Bannister was responsible for the development and management of the Flow Boiler field trials and for product verification and reliability testing.

A 3-D model a 3-D model a 3-D MODEL. What will that demonstrate ??? a model that's what. Where are the verification units ??? surely if you have a potential partner and great technology you'd show them the real thing - in action . These were supposedly being assembled back in 2017 and wasn't one installed as a demonstrator in the Sheffield facility ??????

I agree but what do you do with the 3 (6.4) kW of hot water you've produced to create the electricity. The Stirling engine runs off THE WASTE HEAT from the so called efficient boiler. You can't produce the electricity without the boiler running ???????

The boiler isn't particularly efficient, if it were it couldn't power the alternator. I believe the latest condensing boilers can reach 95% efficiency. I guess that would be under ideal conditions. While we are on the subject how efficient are alternators ??????????? I'll bet the vast research team at Insipid have also developed the 110% efficient alternator. That's another RNS we can look forward to shortly - the patents - because they will be worth a fortune, not least to the auto industry

Nice sentiment but that's for the future. Here and now the company is promoting a mCHP device, to that end they make claims and raise money from private investors to fund it. I think it is a rerun of the FLOW GROUP flop, the signs are there. supposedly that took 50 million from private investors and there was nothing absolutely nothing to show to show for it. I think this device will never be economically viable and the company will fail in the not to distant future as investors wake up. The 'derampers' on the Flow board were proved right eventually and so it will be here

I would suggest a ramper or deramper is someone that provides false information to gain some advantage. Please feel free to correct any falsehoods I have provided, since most of my posts today have simply copied information or lack of it from the company website then it's unlikely I've created any

If you do a bit of research on Stirling engines then it's plain to see that many years and hundreds of millions have been spent trying to obtain good efficiency from it. Yes potentially it can produce great efficiency but practically 50% has been has been about the limit. It has been used in a Swedish submarine but not for it's efficiency but its quiet running. Now Inspirit are claiming 60% for their Stirling engine i.e. thermal energy in versus electrical energy out. From their documents and presentations they claim 92% efficiency for the boiler 15 kW of thermal and 3 kW. Also by their admission they use waste heat to drive the engine, so with 18 kW out then their must be 20 kW in, for 92% efficiency. so after burning the gas and producing 15 kW of hot water there must be 5 kW waste left to power the engine. The engine creates 3 kW hence the engine must be 3 kw/ 5 kW = 60% efficient. This is truly difficult to believe from a company that has half a dozen employees and mostly directors. Yes I know they contract out but if I knew how to make a Stirling engine 60 % efficient I'd be off to see Elon Musk or NASA with a proposal. The latest 100% improvement in output is impossible since the 15 kW has been 'maintained' it still only leaves 5 kW to drive the engine and you can't get 6.4 kW out, every schoolkid should know that can't possibly happen. The news flow from the company dried up around the time assembly of the verification units for field trails was taking place. There appears to be no further news of these units or of the field trials. Now they were supposed to be important to the whole process but I guess they never happened or does anyone know different ?

A real issue with this type of boiler is - the summer months, without some big storage capacity how does the home owner switch on his tele without burning a load of gas. Remember electricity is only produced from the waste heat from the boiler section of the unit. Even in the North of England we don't generally have the heating on in the summer. So how is the system going to work ????? Adding suitable storage will only add cost to the overall system.

'However the delays have brought about vast improvements and efficiencies that has led the Charger to obtain peak electrical output in excess of 6.4 kW during a running cycle of 2000 hours against the unit's previous output of 3 kW, whilst maintaining 15 kW thermal output and a 20% reduction in size of the appliance to 800 mm.

The next step for this company must be another money raising round !

'design for manufacture’ process and meeting the challenges in new technology development, sourcing cheaper materials and efficiency re-redesign has resulted in the delay in certification and we hope to progress forward with higher output
and cheaper cost base in the new year. An impairment to the value of the intangible asset in the financial statements has
been recognised in relation to development costs which have not directly contributed to the latest version of the microCHP boiler. The Group is currently in discussion with a European company that may carry out the certification process with the new cheaper but robust material employed in the latest model.

What happened during the trials of the verification units that were being assembled. DID they get assembled did they go out to trials ?????? What happened during the trials presumably there was something to shout about since certification is now being bandied around

... the Group is now looking to proceed to the certification process whereby the Inspirit Charger will be subjected to testing by a competent authority. Once this has been achieved, we can then look towards commencing field trails with commercial partners. The Company will update investors as these milestones are met over the forthcoming year.
