Pay Enertek to certify the Charger

It is that simple.

It's been Designed for Manufacture by all those brilliant engineering minds at In-spirit for 5 long long years it must be perfect now.

Why isn't it being certified by Enertek ?????????

After 5 years of Design for Manufacture Not a single one has been assembled.

The Stirling engine is " supposedly" the heart of the WHR system yet there has been no announcement that a single one has ever been assembled after 5 years of " supposedly" being designed for manufacture.

Dream on, this is going nowhere ... Slowly.

Over the last few years there have been a few discussions of the number of employees at In-spirit. The accounts of December 2021 give us insight of what is actually happening at In-spirit.

Admin expenses: wages attributed to 4 people, 3 being directors = £150,000
Wages in development costs = £96,331
Total Development costs = £108,000

So the big shocker is, in the last year, a total of 108,000 – 96,331 = £11,669 was spent on development bar the wages.

What do you get for £96,331 in development wages, probably 2 people !

Where is the money being spent on the genius developing the Helix Accelerator. Remember this statement? Paul Booker, Design and Development Director, commented:

" This is truly ground breaking technology … “

Why is it ground breaking because its costing nothing to develop, a real miracle!

Where are the wages being spent on consultants ?
Is the Polish partner working for free ?
Where are the wages for the automotive Division
Where are the wages for In-spirit Solar project
Where is the money being paid to all the brilliant engineering minds at In-spirit ?

When all said and done the company made a net loss of £253,000 and we can say for certain £246,331 was attributable to wages alone !!

So what do we assume is going on at In-spirit … ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WORTH PAYING FOR.

Isn't a headwind coming from your heading and impeding forward progress towards that heading ? It is not necessarily ahead of you! If you turn around and walk backwards then the same wind continues to impede progress on your heading.

A play on words are what many sham companies on AIM use to fool the punters. Before anyone complains this is not a reflection of anything to do with BMN.

If you're trying to say a workshop indicates they are building something then the lack of a workshop, for 3 years following the move, may indicate nothing was built in those 3 years.

The workshop statement,in the RNS, was incongruous and a pathetically desperate attempt to maintain shareholder interest. It's becoming more difficult to write of progress while continuing to fail with every other statement that's gone before.

To nitpick further. With a headwind behind you would not that not make forward progress easier.

I doubt it very much judging by how little money is actually spent on development, most of the losses each year are simply wages. Then the directors wages are supplemented by consultation fees.

A nice little earner while producing ver little for shareholders.

" In-spirit also set up a workshop facility in Poland"

3 years after moving the Sheffield facility to Poland the brilliant engineering minds realised they needed a workshop in Poland.

This is plain clownish, sack the writer John.

" The company is in the process of moving it's facility from Sheffield to Glogow Maloposkiin, Poland"

From the last final accounts, page 30

" The group currently only operates in the UK"

But what about moving their operations to Poland and recently setting up a ' workshop' there ?

More contradiction in the story!

There will be if the share price drops too low !

RNS 4 November 2020:

"Inspirit Energy Holdings PLC (AIM: INSP), the developer of micro Combined Heat and Power (microCHP) solutions is pleased to announce that it is in discussions regarding a possible collaboration with an engineering company with expertise in advanced gasification."

I guess we can write this off as all gas and hot air. Another plate spinner that failed the test of time. Another RNS to add to the flop pile.

" During the year, NKJ Associates Ltd, a company in which N Jagatia is a Director, charged consultancy fees of £40,000 (2020: £40,000). The amount owed to NKJ Associates Ltd at year end is £72,000 (2020: £62,000).

Amount of fees due to John Gunn at 30 June 2021 was £160,000 (2020: £150,000) and the amount of fees due to Anthony Samaha at 30 June 2021 was £18,000 (2020: £6,000)."

But you'll want to carry out some exhaustive testing of the prototype before a test in front of the whizz kids of Volvo.

In-spirit would like you to think this is the relationship they have with Volvo but it isn't.

In-spirit do NOT have a D13 to test their system on. Volvo obviously didn't think it was worth providing even a second hand engine to In-spirit.

In-spirit also said their no-name engine produced the same HP as a D13. The brilliant engineering minds at In-spirit don't seem to realise D13 produces a range of outputs.

Where is the Charger certification ? Millions to be made selling this world class electricity generator.

Why no certificate? Why no launch? Why no update?
