Wonder why they have removed the image of what appeared to be a Stirling engine from the web site ?
Did Paul Booker design it or was it another pretend-we-did-it image.

It's not good PR when everything is shrouded in vagueness, mystery and failure.

The new In-spirit web site the rampers were keen to praise because of the pretty pictures turns out to be not what they appear.

Paul booker sat in front of sample heat exchanger pretending he's doing something useful from 2016 !!!

Then there are the poor quality photos of the Disenco Stirling from 2008 or thereabouts. I'm not sure what is supposed to actually represent. The associated RNS says it's the Waste Heat Unit but it can't be

This is a good one.

On the In-spirit web site is a photograph of Paul Booker sat before a computer screen. The screen shows the Autodesk Inventor application running. The suggestion is he working on the Helix Accelerator with his exceptional engineering mind. The photograph is from 2016.Delve a little closer and go to comsol.com/model/shell-and-tube-heat-exchanger-12685 there you will find the same picture.
It is an example of a shell and tube heat exchanger and is an example provided with their software module. It wasn't designed by Mr. Bookers brilliant mind he was just pretending.

The applicable market for our technology is global, either as a boiler replacement product or as an add-on to an existing commercial plant room. In the UK there are in excess of 20 million gas boilers installed and more than 1.6 million new and replacement domestic gas boilers are installed each year. This is in addition to almost 300,000 commercial boiler installations each year. Europe as a whole has approximately 70 million boilers installed. These are the first markets to which our technology is applicable.

Sorry I can't buy into that bizarre reasoning. A company's market cap changes day-to-day due to many factors and probably totally beyond the control of the company. It is a very all or nothing strategy leaving, apparently, little room for manoeuvre. Back in June the share price approached 40p which would have meant a market cap approaching their limit. At the very least they could have begin to reduce their exposure the trend was down anyway. Of course whenever they did start selling off they fulfilled their own destiny.

Certainly it would be interesting to try and identify the start of the sell off, a quick look at the chart suggests April ! If it was they that initiated the downward trend they quickly changed their outlook on Invinity !

Amati acquired all or part of their holding on 15 Dec 21, this coincided with the issue of placing shares and warrants. The shares were credited to holders accounts on the 15 Dec and Amati also issued a TR-1 on that date. If memory serves the placing was made at £1.

It is difficult to decide whether to buy or sell here. There does seem to be much about to happen but Amarti apparently selling off their total holding is going to dampen the party spirit. Do Amarti simply need the money ? I don't see it being because of reduced potential of Invinity.
