Google is fine by me but who trades blind ? Limit orders can be problematic but mostly investors know what the up-to-date price is when buying or selling.
The price may shock them if they haven't been paying attention but they make the decision to press the button based upon the latest price.

Regarding placing, there are still half a billion shares pending from the last money grab. Assuming the price gets to 0.075 before next May. Even if it doesn't the terms will probably be extended.

Prior to the 1 Billion placing, CRH had 270 M shares approximately 8.5% of the total shares in issue. After the placing he had approximately 6.5%. He should have informed the company that thresholds had been crossed. Perhaps he did and it is they who are at fault - they have history !

One possible reason for not informing is, he has forgotten he has the shares; like many here no doubt. Alternatively he has passed away and his estate has not been maintained. Perhaps he obtained shares in the placing and his percentage did not change. I'm sure there are other legitimate reasons for not issuing a notification.

I think a lot of those sites contain outdated information. It is up to CRH to inform of any change in his position. Perhaps he's no longer with us ?

I don't think any of you really consider the utter fantasy written by In-spirit. Consider the statement above, and then go and look at the photographs of the waste heat unit on In-spirits web site. We'll ignore the fact that the photographs are the obsolete 2008 Disenco Stirling engine weighing in at around 300 kg.

Does any investor here really believe the supposed WHR unit photographed could be retrofitted to an HGV engine.

Now remember the WHR UNIT gathers heat from the exhaust which is then fed to the Stirling. Let's say by an act of God the unit could be shoe-horned into the engine bay but, now the Stirling engine and it's cooling system has now to be squeezed in !

what operations? They have achieved nothing in a decade, pure hot air.

Investors beginning to realise they aren't going to see any brilliant engineering as long as JG running the circus. He's had a decade and raised millions and hasn't even achieved certification of the mCHP let alone commercialisation.

A decade of failed and unfulfilled RNS. That's what has been achieved for those millions pumped in.
