Commiserations to all here......I exited a long time ago but was keeping an eye for possible re entry. That seems a long way off now. need to lok at cash burn again, I guess.

Everything you say is fine, as far as it goes. But it all seems a bit like nuckear fusuin ; it was 50 years ago 50 years ago, and still is today. ;-))

That's NOT a return on capital, it's buying production. return on capital is measured in NET cashflow. Not nly have we seen only cash outflow to date, the co will give no indication of when it will generate returns, always only production nos and construction milestones.
As an investor, I am not interested in tonnes produced, % of g;obal market, etc, ecept as peripherals ; i want a return on capital. i grow more and more anazed, as plant is constructed and production increases, that TGR can STILL give no incication of when it will be profitable ; nor even assure us that this raise will be the last begore cash +tivity.

How does this "create a floor" ?

Once again, no mention of when the co will be cash +ve, tho £1.5mn of this is for "working capital". How many more "working capital" raises will be needed before the co accompanies one by saying it will defo take them thru to cash +ve?

All updates talk about production and construction milestones, as if they are the most important thing here. They are not, unless accompanied by clear info on cash. Surprised to see any positivity on the BB given that this co is shafting its PIs with jam tomorrow promises that never happen.

Thanks, for your comprehensive post. Yes, of course, the Cotec arrangements do bring some comfort, and they are at a very modest cost. The lights can be kept on for another 6 months or so.
I guess my worry is that any potential partners here can play hardball in these circumstances, tho tbf it's a pretty common situation for smallcap resource cos. But so is seeing those cos screwed over.
Until we get MDA and some clarity over funding I fear SP may continue to drift.

When you say vague, just what does he say to justify his talk of placings, and what are the "red flags" he talks about?

The IRR here is amazing, rather than worrying about a placing I would think a lowball TO is what shareholders should fear.

Hope u r right. My point is that statements/RNS/presentations always trumpet production nos, 8% of market, etc, etc, but are shy on $$$s.
The last accounts related to period end 31 March , were publishe at the last moment, and tell us nothing asbout 2023 $$$s.
Yes, hopefully the CLN will see TGR to cash +ve. But if so, why doesn't the co say so? At this advanced stage, they should be confident enough of that to tell us so, imho.

2 voices of sanity amongst the church of believers. Why would you issue an ops update without a financial update? Ans ; bcos you don't want shareholders to see the numbers . What I want to see is a clear statement of funds on hand, losses to date, and a clear timeline to cash positivity.

I like ST's pieces and he gives some good analysis. But,, sometimes it's full of holes, and sometimes he doesn't get corporate gov issues, like here. Lots of red flags here, TC never delivers except for Tom Cross, it seems to me. One 2 avoid.

Shear, yes that might explain the fall back from open today. I'm no trader, but expected the rise to hold, even in this market, which is why my finger pulled away from the sell button at 50p....tho I was tempted.

If it falls back to 4p I shall be v tempted to buy more, the value on offer here is pretty clear. I know we all talk about big paydays from TOs, and they rarely happen ; but I'll be v surprised if ALL is not taken out at some point in the next 18 months.

I don't want or need any apolgies. When i posted that imo a raise was a distinct possibility, those who disagreed were OTW courteous in their disagreements, which is not always the case on all BBs.

These BBs are only useful if posters are able to post divergent, fact based, views without abudse and name calling, and on the flip side of that those whose warnings come true should avoid gloating.

It's happened, so from now on things look v positive ; tho investors should remain aware of the inherent jurisdictional and cyclical risk here.

Note the warrants '@9p, which while 50% up from today, place a limit on upside fdor some time to come, imv.

Very,very. promising, but very early stage.

Anticipate a some hefty dilution head (again) but this might, just, be big enough to make it all worthwhile. Couple ears minimum to see it proved up, yjtho, I guess, mb even more.

Jeez, thats £700k for a CEO function that could prolly be recruited for £250k, max. They're milking this cow, alright.
